The first company gave me the name of this company saying they were much too busy to make 2 stops. Well I must admit I felt a little put out. So I called Central Cabs and I found a new favourite business They were so helpful on the phone Then the van arrived I must admit I was not even sure how to open a van door Problem totally mine let's just say when it comes to driving or vehicles I pretty much would be on the bottom of the list which is why my husband pretends he needs our car . I had only noticed once I got to my destination and when I called him, he claimed he had brought all the bags in. Not true because airport THANK GOD had found it on the curb. First, the interior was very dirty and looked like the floor and seat needed to be detailed. Secondly, I asked him about opening the door of the minivan and he rudely responded to me. I figured he was having a bad day. Thirdly, I paid with a debit card and hit the option to print the receipt. I then handed the Card machine and he didn't provide the receipt. I politely asked him for the receipt and He shouted at me. He then proceeded to tell me not to "Say a word to him" as he struggled to print the receipt. After that, he carelessly moved my luggage out of the car. I have never felt dehumanized in my life. I called the customer service number to file a claim and the operator hurriedly interrupted me without any care for my concerns and instructed me to call the boss. Now it is no news that this cab service is the worst in Charlottetown, I have had prior experience with this same company but chose not to speak up. I feel it's time to call to action the management of this company to do some serious work on the personnel and services provided by this company. It is getting out of hand.

We got a cab from the Stanhope residence and I got the cab to pleasant grove road and buddy charged me $30.. he was a dick. It was a seven minute drive and I showed him the shortcut as well. I asked how it was $30 for a seven minute drive and he just ignored me and put the machine in front of me. I paid it as i don't like to argue but this fucking horse shit. I love this company but honestly this guy was terrible and charge over priced. Check your drivers because this guy is a fucking imbecile. Fuck that guy
