We called a week out and found he was available. The owner and driver Chris was very easy and friendly to work with. He responded super fast to any questions we had. The party bus itself was just that, a party. It was very clean and well maintained. Great leather seats that hold about 14. Lights, music and sound system were great. There are a couple televisions in the bus also. After speaking with him about simple questions I had, he had done a lot of great work to it. I have been on a couple other buses that weren't up to par, but Chris stated he has reinforced the flooring and the stairs to enter the bus (usually the first things to rust out and be unsafe). The bus was very nice and the price was super reasonable. I would definitely call them again with any outing I have with friends and actually was already speaking to him about the summer outings my friends and I would like to do such as baseball games and concerts. He also informed us that he is all registered and very insured for rider safety. AWESOME COMPANY!!

We made some calls & were able to limp the trailer 5 miles back to Illinois to Finnegans RV Center. The service manager came right out & looked at the trailer. He verified they had the parts, moved out a job that was in the shop & pulled us right in to be worked on. We did a little shopping in the show room (they had everything we needed). He let know about how long it would be & the parts lady gave a great recommendation for lunch. They had us back on the road in just over 4 hours. Amazing service! Very friendly, helpful & reasonable. I reached out to them twice in a week period about making specific arrangements such as early check-in, in which I never got a response. For the kind of money they ask for, I expect some kind of response. Because of this experience, I cancelled the reservation and booked at Hotel Goodwin, which was much cheaper and offered better service. However, Merrill & Houston's Steak Joint inside the hotel is another story. They are fantastic which I will be giving 5 stars in a different review. It's unfortunate the hotel doesn't match that kind of service I received at the restaurant.

Originally booked a 2 Queen riverside view room and was unknowingly upgraded to a king suite. It was a very nice room but I was staying with a friend so I actually requested to be downgraded to my original room choice and they were able to switch my room. I appreciated the thought though. Reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 was because the complimentary breakfast was a little underwhelming. For a nicer and more premium hotel like this I was hoping for a little more than just some muffins, fruit, and yogurt.
