I realize that used them before when I had a flat tire over the winter. For minimal cost they waited while the new tire was put on my old rim. I told them that I appreciated how easy they made it for me and that I would write a positive review for them then. I never got around to it and therefore forgot to do it. I try to be a person of my word, so I am doing it now. I had a different driver back then and a different cab, but the driver seemed to be a very nice, friendly, decent young man. I regret not leaving the positive review then, but feel better now that I have. These people truly deserve it. I don't think that anyone would regret using their service. Only the opposite.

I've used them for years. Last year they were late a couple of times and they were so casual about…read moreit that I quit using them for awhile. I gave them another chance this year - huge mistake. I called around 5-6 last night to schedule a ride for 6:45 in the morning. The owner answered and said that I was already in the book for pickup . I thought that was odd, so I had him double check the address. I was on my porch at 6:42 and waited. I called at 648- no answer. I saw the cab go past my block at 6:52. I called at 6:55 and the guy who answered said that I wasn't in the book. I was a little stressed and it showed in my voice. I asked them if they could still pick me up as there was a cab in the area. The guy snapped at me and told me not to take it out on him and then hung up on me. After I arranged a new ride , I called Zippy again and said that I no longer needed a pick up and that I was never using them again. I didn't yell at the guy ever . I had him on speaker and I have a Ring so I can prove that. When I got to work ( 5 minutes late), I received a text from Zippy saying that I was now banned from their cab service . What a joke. As though they are the only cab service in town and as though I could ever trust them again.
