Gary's work is very reasonable and high quality. He's self proclaimed as "old school" and doesn't use fancy tools for advertising and promotion hence the reason he's never showed up on social media. He fully remodeled our master bathroom and is currently working on 2 other bathrooms in our house. He's excellent at follow through, has a good sense of humor, and brings in highly skilled help including his son. He takes pride in his work and I'm happy to be his first review.

That excellent work led us to again hire Gary Fletcher for a complete kitchen remodel a couple of years later. Again, we were completely pleased with the result and the process, even though I am picky enough to know I'm a bit of a pain in the rear. Gary Fletcher was reliable and timely, coordinated the work perfectly with our kitchen designer, and was very responsive when the need arose. We will hire him again.

Everything was completed within about 10-12 hours and they left my house exactly like they found it. I downgraded to 4 stars only because there seems to be a bit of a leak by the right hand corner of the shower door. I will be calling them tomorrow to see if they can send someone over to remedy this, when they do I will update back to 5 stars. Overall, excellent service, professional install, patient with questions, and respectful of my house! Great company. Just had my consultation with Rob and we put my new shower stall and toilet install into motion. He was polite and courteous and really took his time to make sure I felt comfortable and understood everything, especially the financing aspect. He answered all my questions and we also had a friendly chat to the point where I kind of felt bad because I know these sales calls cost time and money. Just from this point I feel I will be very satisfied with the final result, but just in case I will update when the project is done in a few weeks. So far, A+, thanks Rob!
