It's the old Bank of America building, and the drive-thru ATMs are still there, so it's a tad confusing. Right across from the drive-thru ATMs is the entrance and the interior looks just like a bank. Will be interesting to see if they continue a remodel or if this is just a temporary location. Not a lot of books and there's is quite a bit of unused space. Staff is friendly, of course, they're librarians. The nice thing about the library systems is that you can request a book online and pick up/return to your chosen location. So it doesn't really matter that the location is small with a small collection.

I like this post office, even though it's tiny (ever been to the one in Mentone? Which btw, I also…read morelike) it's easy to drop off envelopes & packages and rarely crowded except holiday & some "peak" hours. Just be aware the doors to the lobby are closed on Sundays in case you have a bigger envelope that won't fit in standard mailboxes out there.

Experience: I went there to simply drop off some mail, but it wasn't crowded at all. The parking lot is really small so I can't imagine how crowded the lot is during peak times.

But due to work, I have only been able to take a few classes throughout the years. But I do love the variety of classes that they offer and how constant their schedule is. If you are looking for a Japanese school for your child to attend, they offer that. If you would like to just learn more about the community through the different cultural classes, just sign up for the emails and you can be alerted for upcoming classes that they offer. I've taken amigurumi (crochet), ikebana (Japanese flower arrangement), and a cooking class. All of the instructors are great and mostly volunteers. So it just shows you what a great community there is. They have festivals through the year and also help put on the West Covina Cherry Blossom Festival. They also host the West Covina obon at the center but it is organized by the Buddhist church which is based out of the community center. So there is just a lot of activities that you can get involved with.

I am usually in and out within a matter of minutes. They have all of the shipping supplies that you would need, and always give a receipt with tracking information. There are alot of little gift and home decor items for sale that fit whatever holiday/Season we happen to be in. My girls loved coming here because they have cute stationary items as well. I will always come here for my shipping needs because of the service and accessibility.

They are attentive, respectful, mindful, thorough, and consistent. The psychiatrist I saw was willing to listen to my mental problems and I think June the therapist was a very sweet lady there to just listen which I can always appreciate. I really like the dentist I see. She and the assistants make me feel comfortable and they seem non judgemental. I have the nastiest teeth for a 32 year old. Tsk tsk on me. The substance abuse counselor, Mr. Felix was such a breath of fresh air. He went at my pace and we set realistic goals for my road to recovery. I will always choose their services over anyone else's except I'm in a program which means I have to see my program's psychiatrist only. Very good people and professional :)
