Was on the table for less then 5mins for a Brazilian!! It was very clear she was only there for a qucik chance to make money. No real greeting just told me to head into the room and kinda pointed. Once in the room I had no idea what to do as I am used to some sort of begining consultations. There was no spot for my cloths, no chiar, or table put my puse. So I was just standing there feeling awkward waiting for her to come in. When she did came into the room she looked at me and then the bed as said " aren't you here for a brazlilian" I said yes and she then told me to take my pants off and walked out. When she came back she quicked waxed me and by quicked I mean maybe 5 very large strips with a soft wax. When she was done she left a couple napkins on my kitty and said "these are for any spots that are stickey" and said I would have stubble because I had short hair. I did not have stubble I had hair where she simply did not wax. I had once before gone in for a wax and the lady was kinda enough to inform me as soon as she saw the lenghth of my hair that she could wax me if that was what I wanted but adviced me to come back in a week when my hair was longer to ensure better results. That was professional and curdiouse and I returned to her multiple times because of her kindness and honesty. This is why I know the lenght was not the problem. However if it was she should have said somthing before waxing. There was no twizing after and no after care just a small amount of oil. This was the worst brazlilian I have ever had. I will never come back and I would never suggest this place to anyone else. I paid and was booked for a full hr and although I have never had a brazilian last a full hour I am used to the full session taking about 45 mins. I was in and out of the building in less than 15 mins and that includes waiting in the sitting area for her to be ready for my session.

I wanted to come on here and leave a positive review but I'm really disappointed with the quality…read moreof service I received at this salon. First, I will say that there was hardly any communication or talking during the 2 hour service which was kind of frustrating to start. The girl working on my service barely talked at all even when trying to spark a conversation and all other employees were talking with their clients. But more importantly I was there on Friday, 02/07, and spent $140, including tip, expecting a long-lasting manicure. It has only been four days, and my gel polish is already peeling off in whole pieces. I don't do anything that would cause this-- I work from home and spend most of my time typing on a keyboard, so there's no reason for the gel to be lifting from the cuticle and peeling off completely after just a few days. This is not normal for a gel manicure, and it's frustrating to have wasted that much money on something that didn't even last a week. I had hopes for this salon as it was my first time and it was booked by my BF as a surprise spa day for me, but based on my experience, I can't say I'd return or recommend it. If I'm paying premium prices, I would expect premium results or at least a manicure to last a week at the minimum.

I have a lot of allergies to skin care and Diane was very careful what products she used. I was very impressed with the peptide peel I tried. It left my skin glowing and tight. A big upside is the experience is completely private as there were no other clients waiting while I was there, so I felt I had all the time I needed. The Micro-Needling for anti-aging is by far my preferred treatment. The services she offers are at a price point lower than I have found so I don't mind multiple services!

I've been going to my stylist for over 10 years and have followed her to each of the establishments she's been in, and this is the best by far. Friendly and hospitable, they always offer you coffee, water or wine during your appointment. (There's also an eyebrow specialist in a back room who is fairly well-known in the area) The salon itself is very welcoming. It gives off the feeling of a NYC salon without being over the top. The muted green walls, hardwood floors, exposed brick, the suspended pressed tin ceiling plate, giant gold framed mirror at each of the three stations and a central washing station come together perfectly and give a trendy warm feel to the place. I'd recommend this salon to anyone and everyone!!

Absolutely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone…read more My daughter is currently undergoing testing for a disabling neurological condition and needed a specific nerve fiber density skin biopsy test. Before agreeing to the procedure, she asked this office multiple times whether they performed that specific test. She was assured they did. On May 7, they removed two skin biopsy samples from her body and told her the results would take approximately two weeks. Two weeks came and went with no phone call. She then followed up herself. She called seven separate times, and every single time she was told the same thing: "We'll contact the lab." No answers. No explanation. No accountability. On June 15, after weeks of getting nowhere, she and her husband drove directly to the dermatology laboratory themselves trying to find out what had happened. Even then, no one could explain why there were still no results. Finally, after her eighth follow-up, she was able to speak with the physician. She was then told something unbelievable. The doctor claimed the office notes stated that she had been informed over the phone that this practice does not perform the specific test she requested. That is simply false. She was never told that before the biopsies were taken. In fact, she specifically asked at least twice before allowing pieces of skin to be removed from her body and was repeatedly told they did perform this testing. Had she been told otherwise, she never would have consented to the procedure. So after: Multiple confirmations that they performed the test. An invasive procedure involving two skin biopsies. Eight follow-up contacts. More than a month of waiting. Countless hours of frustration while searching for answers to a disabling condition... ...the final answer was essentially: "We don't perform that test." To make matters even worse, the medical record now allegedly contains documentation stating she had been informed otherwise--a statement that directly contradicts what actually occurred. This entire experience demonstrates a shocking level of incompetence, poor communication, and complete lack of accountability. A patient trusted this office, underwent an invasive procedure, repeatedly sought answers, and was strung along for weeks--only to discover the requested test was never even performed. This failure delayed her diagnosis, wasted valuable time, subjected her to an unnecessary invasive procedure, and caused needless physical and emotional distress during an already difficult medical journey. Patients deserve honesty, competence, and accurate documentation--not misinformation, endless excuses, and weeks of wasted time. We will be filing formal complaints with the appropriate regulatory agencies so this does not happen to another patient. The only reason why this pathetic clinic even received two stars from me is that it's harder to get rid of a two-star review than a one-star review. And frankly, this Mickey Mouse clinic doesn't even deserve a one star rating.
