Came here after a work injury. Had to wait over two hours to be seen by the doctor due to new injury. Doctor was very nice and listened to my concerns regarding pain. Doctor even gave me a wrist brace and ice pack to take home and rest. All my paperwork was faxed to my workplace which was great. Place is very clean. Dr. Lind has ZERO bedside manner. He is dismissive and unprofessional. Not only did he treat me as if my injury was insignificant but his comments were rude. I have an injury to my breast. I requested that imaging be completed multiple times. Each time he stated he didn't think it was necessary because my breast didn't look like a "deflated water balloon" and sent me back to work with 0 restrictions. I imagine if it were a male with an injury to his testicles he would not have treated them in the same manner. After multiple follow ups with no improvement to my condition I was finally referred for an MRI. After receiving imaging results not only was his diagnosis wrong but it revealed surgery would be necessary to address my injury. It has been over a month since my injury date and I have had 5 appointments with him since. I am sorry to report his demeanor has not improved at all and I still have no scheduled date for surgery. My advice to anyone sent to him is to request a different doctor! read more

I don't understand all the negative reviews about this place. I walked in, signed in, submitted the employment paperwork for the drug test , sat-down and had time to drink a glass of water before I was called back. Took all of about 15 minutes. All the employees from the lady at the front counter to the one admitting the test were professional and polite. The lobby is very empty looking, simple table chairs and TV (which did not seem loud). Only suggestion I would make is putting operating hours on your message machine. read more

This is by far the most unprofessional and discriminatory medical office I have visited. Backstory: I was due for my TB test. Simple enough, right? Wrong. Background information: I have been to this office before and have tested negative for the TB skin test. What I witnessed: 1. Fox News was blaring in the reception room. Way to make people feel uncomfortable. 2. The receptionist was condescending and rude. 3. The nurse said that I needed a chest x-ray even tho I have tested negative for TB using a skin test multiple times. This should not have been the first step. I asked her the reasoning and she said I was foreign born and probably have a shot that would give a false positive. This would make sense had I not tested negative for it multiple times before. The CDC states that chest x-rays should only be administered to persons who have tested positive before, have been exposed to TB or show symptoms. This was a completely unnecessary x-ray. I hope this medical office can do better and serve their patients in a way that does not make them feel discriminated against. A complaint will be filed. read more

If I could give a place no stars to negative stars. I'd like to give it to this place. They are so unprofessional and will waste your time. My boyfriend was suppose to go a few days ago but they told him to come the next day for it being a better time. He goes the day they suggested just so refuse his request. My boyfriend was racially profiled... He is part asian and black. The girl who seems to be Hispanic claimed he had "something in his pants" when he was asked to raise them to his waist. Mind you my boyfriend is a complying person. He asks and tells them in what ways he can reassure them there is nothing from saying he'd be willing to take the test with drug test with the door open, allow them to pat him down, remove his pants... anything to let him just take the test for HIS JOB. And even then they refused him without giving him a reasoning with evidence. Him complying to show proof was not enough. Just a bunch of young girls who like to judge people and ruin things people have lined up in their work. And to the girl at the front desk working, you're laughing and smiling ? Is it entertaining to shut someone down who needed something in terms of work. I bet you'd hate to be shut down like what you guys did. Very unprofessional, and do better. At least have some proof or liable facts before you start your accusations. Terrible, did your parents not teach you. You should be ashamed in yourself. These childish girls who very much wanna act like children should be working somewhere else, not these testing sites. And for the management, no superiors or managers, do your job. My company has used this doctor for many years for injury's and d.o.t appointments. He is probably the worst and most corrupt doctor I've ever met. Not only has he been sued many times by fellow employees and lost but he also lies and hides the seriousness of your injury. For instance I went in for an injury recently. Right away he wanted to do therapy even though I had been working with my injury for 3 months so it's not like I'm not using it . Needless to say it doesn't help. Even the therapist said I had something going on with my injury and was suprised when even through 24 therapy appointments I never had an mri. Anyways I finally am get an mri and sent to a specialist 4 months into my injury . I end up getting injections that don't work sadly and specialist recommends surgery. When he hears about it says and I quote," This is ridiculous we need to get you back to work" and that I don't need surgery. Well finally I get a hold of the workers comp adjuster and tell them what happened. They immediately send me to another doctor. Not only was surgery submitted for approval but I was also given acupuncture to try to deal with the inflammation and pain since I don't take pills. Al this guy will do is tell you to come back every 2 weeks in hopes you get better . Paperwork always says it's a sprain or strain. I was never shown the results of my x ray only that it was normal. FYI the x rays are done in house . Moral of the story is if you have a choice you would be doing yourself a favor by going elsewhere. read more

The wait here takes about and hour before you get any service and by the time you get helped you just want to leave. The "nurses" here are very rude they treat you like you're worthless. don't ever come here or send prospective employees here. The quack of a doctor whom works here took over 4 weeks to review medical records AFTER they misplaced the release form that was signed. Went off of MRI from 2 years ago. DENIED to work told could not twist and turn or lift over 25 pounds. This "doctor" and place of business is horrible. He refused to change his decision. This person is incredibly fit and it amazing health. This sorry excuse of a human made a choice that affected an entire family for the rest of our lives. They should be reported. Lost paperwork had to go in multiple times to re sign things they lost. Said they were only pulling medical records 1 year back. Hope I never see this person out in public. I went in for a simple drug test. Every staff member was rude and they all just had bad attitudes but one was worse than the other; I appreciate the fact that they got me in quickly, but their bitterness carried over to the extremes, me and a few other guys were talking just to pass time and one goofy medical assistant (who probably graduated last at western career college) told us to please not talk and to sit down, I told her 'uhh there's no more chairs' so she walks to the other office without saying a thing, the last one was even more nasty than the others. I told her 'man, you guys are very unprofessional, I work in healthcare too but I've been treated better at the DMV!' About 3 years ago, Someone posted that they were playing Fox News at a very high volume will they're still doing that, If you hate your job that much get another one. What I don't understand is that the staff members are all Mexican and not the nice kind I'm talking Chicano that don't speak the language because they're too "Americanized" as I said I work in healthcare also, I'm bilingual and I'm Native American. The behaviors of all the staff members are unacceptable, I will be reporting this to our HR representatives. read more

Just note if you ever have to go there you will be treated like a criminal. This is by far the worst facility in the city. Every nurse here including the lady in the lobby had an attitude and no common courtesy. I imagine all the girls who work here went to some cut rate tech school because they have no knowledge on how to treat a patient. Any employers should avoid contracting with this facility. read more

This doctor is a quack takes for ever to get test done wont listen to the patent and when hes wrong he wont admit it and hes more worried about his license then the patent being comfortable while being in extreme pain will not prescribe a pain pill that will help with the pain no just keeps giving me crap that dont work look bud if i wanted pain pill just to take i would get them on the streets its alot easier but thats not the case i have a legit reason for want a certain pain pill but no you keep givi g me the run around its like he wants you to be in pain. I never do reviews but this time I felt like I had too. This place is very unprofessional regret spending money here was told to come back Thursday one week after I got my tb test. Came back sooner because I realized I was supposed to start work the following week I guess I had a miscommunication wit the staff about when I was supposed to be there I was 1 hour late from the 72 hour period and they wanted me to pay again for a new test so I asked for the manager she was rude and did not care that I was misinformed she wasn't wearing a mask and told me that the owner (Richard A. Lind) of this place doesn't talk to anyone because he is too busy and doesn't have time to talk to his patients. I asked if they could at least waive the next fee and she laughed and said "do you want me to pay for it" this place needs to be more clear and professional I now see why it only has 2 stars they are only after people's money BEWARE!!! read more

This place is horrible! I went for a PPD test and went back 3 days later and they said because it was 72hrs and 15 minutes I needed to retest. I left and called to reschedule,but had questions regarding how soon could I have it done and was it safe and did I need to pay again.They transferred me to Dr.Lind's Nurse who was incredibly rude and then I asked if I could leave a message for Dr.Lind and she said that he didn't answer questions about tb tests.I asked again if I could leave a message so that he could confirm and she refused.I went back and she was waiting for me and tried to hand me money and said the Dr.asked me to leave.It was never about money,I told her that I didn't believe her and if I could speak to him.He walked Down the hall and I called out to him twice and he ignored me both times.I thought maybe he didn't hear me or was busy,so I waited a few minutes and then the cops arrived and I explained the situation and they told me that it was ridiculous that they were called out there and that I was free to go.I told them not to have any tests done there or leave a message because the Dr. will not call you back or address any situation you may have and allows his nurse to behave in a unprofessional manner.They don't care at all,but they will take your money.I explained the situation to my own doctor and work and they agreed this place is incompetent and there was no reason they couldn't have read a negative ppd test because if it was positive the reaction would last for days and I shouldn't have to have medicine administered again to me for no reason and in the state of CA PPD's are good for 4 years and my work shouldn't make me get one every year.I also filed a complaint with the state and thinking of suing this office. read more

I have been here several times over the last six years. When you have an appointment, service is prompt and professional. Walk-ins need to wait for an opening in the schedule, so there could be a wait. Appointments can usually be made for later the same day, or the next day. This is a good place for random drug tests, pre-employment and return to work physicals. read more

STAY AWAY!! I went in for a normal routine employment pre-screen and had the most horrible experience at a diagnostics center. Staff was rude and very unprofessional, the male doctor I seen was even worse and had me strip all my clothes to nude just so he could put his hands on my body!!I The doctor was very cold and hard pressed, drilling me question after question.
