Been a fan of the Calico (grownups) downtown location for a while, so when I saw signage that they were opening a kids centric shop, I went to scope it out on day one. Lots of amazing clothes - clean, well laid out, and reasonably priced. Got a few amazing pieces for my first grader. I've been wanting a sweatshirt that says Cambria on it. I found one that I liked but wasn't the right size. The gentleman at the front greeted me and told me if I needed anything to let him know and that he can also customize things. I asked him how long it took. He said right away. But then of course the size I wanted wasn't in stock. Go figure. He offered to order it and make it and then ship it to me. I asked what the turn around time was. He said he would have it out by Monday. It literally took him 3 or 4 days and he shipped it out Monday. It was so fast! I literally got it two days after that. I loved the way it came out. I also did ask for something and he said he can do it but it won't turn out the best. I was grateful for his honesty. Their customer service was top notch! I will definitely be back to visit next year and see what else I might find.
