I am writing this review reluctantly as I knew Enanuel to be a reliable person several years back…read morewhen he did a gate for us. Unfortnately my experience with him recently, has been very disappointing. I paid Emanuel a $500 deposit in February for custom gates. Over the next several months, I received numerous promises that the gate would be installed "tomorrow," "Tuesday," "Friday," "this Saturday," or "next week." Each deadline passed without the work being completed. Throughout the process, Emanuel repeatedly apologized and cited different reasons for the delays, including roofing issues, measurement problems, painting, and personal setbacks. I remained patient, communicated respectfully, and gave him many opportunities to complete the job because I understood that life can be difficult. Unfortunately, after months of missed commitments, I requested my deposit back. Despite my repeated requests, I did not receive the work I paid for, or the refund I requested. My experience was disappointing not because of a single delay, but because of the repeated promises over several months without follow-through. I hope others have a better experience, but based on mine, I cannot recommend this business.

The team installed an approximately 80-foot powder-coated aluminum fence, cemented securely into the side of a hill--no small task--and the end result looks absolutely perfect. Their workmanship, attention to detail, and efficiency really stood out. They were incredibly easy to work with: responsive, professional, and fast from start to finish. I also took the time to compare pricing across several companies, and Conejo Valley Fence was by far the most competitive, while still delivering top-tier quality. A special shoutout to my sales rep, Mike, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. He stayed closely involved and was even on-site to ensure everything was executed exactly as planned. I highly recommend Conejo Valley Fence to anyone looking for high-quality fencing done right.

Kelsey was always quick to respond and attentive to my needs. She handled everything from scheduling the job to providing a clear breakdown of the pricing before any work began. During the first visit, he took the time to understand exactly what I wanted done and explained the process he would use to complete the work. On his second visit, he arrived with his assistant and all the necessary materials to get the job done. The work was originally estimated to take approximately four hours, but Dave completed everything in less than two hours, and the results exceeded my expectations. He did an outstanding job at an excellent price. The work included installing two springs on my pool-area gates, realigning three gates, and repairing and welding a fence panel that had broken away from the main section. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the workmanship, the professionalism, the communication, or the price. It's refreshing to find a company that is honest, responsive, efficient, and takes pride in doing quality work. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality welding services!
