A New Yorker in California, aged 37 with no license. He has lots of easy tips and tricks that make the rules of the road (and of driving safely) easy to remember. Sometimes I still say them to myself while driving on my own. I am a nervous test taker and a few days before my DMV test, for my last lesson, we drove around the Goleta test site. This was AMAZING. We went through the route and during the test it was exactly as we had practiced. I already knew which way to turn and at times wanted to put the blinker on before I was given directions by the examiner. Steve went through details like which parking spot to choose before the text begins and why. I passed on my first try :) All in all, an A+ experience for Steve and his lovely wife who helped schedule the driving classes. Highly recommend.

And from what my daughter told me about her experience ...we highly recommend this school as well. My daughter said, the instructor was calm and patient and also proved all the facts necessary to practice and pass the DVM practical driving test. I am currently starting Torts 2 and legal analysis after which I have to take the baby bar. I have exceeded a 3.5 GPA so far and love the classes. I can say that there are other students that didn't do too well. They seem to be busy with work and life and really didn't have the bandwidth for law school. Nothing against them but it's not for them. I look forward to the next 3 years of classes. Aside from the readings there is a midterm and a final. Some classes have added tasks to do like writing IRAC Briefs for cases and "drill questions". I find it fun. The price is definitely great. $9000 per year plus books and some other fees like the baby bar exam and perhaps an MBE assistance (an MBE is a multiple choice question which is what's in the exams. They can be tricky because they try to catch you off guard). Quimbee is a good site for this. Only $35 per month and you can start and stop it as needed. I usually restart it again three weeks before a midterm or final. Anyways, don't believe all the reviews that are complaints. They're probably students who couldn't hack it. Nothing worthwhile is easy. If it was, everyone would be doing it. Best to you all
