The first lesson was super informative. You learn everything you need to know about your car from turn signals to hand signs and blind spots. The second lesson, is where your taken around town and drive with your instructor and they will help you more about driving. The last lesson is that the instructor takes you on the routs the driving test people take you on. After I completed all my lessons, I took my driving test 1 week after and got my license. The two instructors I had were Angel and George. The first two lessons were with angel and the last lessons with George. They were awesome and super patient with me. Highly recommend!

A New Yorker in California, aged 37 with no license. He has lots of easy tips and tricks that make the rules of the road (and of driving safely) easy to remember. Sometimes I still say them to myself while driving on my own. I am a nervous test taker and a few days before my DMV test, for my last lesson, we drove around the Goleta test site. This was AMAZING. We went through the route and during the test it was exactly as we had practiced. I already knew which way to turn and at times wanted to put the blinker on before I was given directions by the examiner. Steve went through details like which parking spot to choose before the text begins and why. I passed on my first try :) All in all, an A+ experience for Steve and his lovely wife who helped schedule the driving classes. Highly recommend.

I drove poorly because I spent the whole time zoning out trying to be anywhere but with him. I played football with tough coaches my entire life, I know the difference between encouragement and someone being obnoxious. Ken was extremely obnoxious and antagonistic. Our experience with Ken was not pleasant. Our son went on one drive with him. His behavior caused…read moremore stress than the driving itself. He yelled multiple times at him, got angry when he thought he wasn't doing what he wanted and spoke sarcastically to him when he would ask for direction. That was just one drive! We didn't learn about this behavior until much later. On the next scheduled appointment, he canceled. He said that his car broke down. So, we rescheduled. Then when the date came again, he rescheduled again. On the last and final attempt, he came 2 hours late on a school night and wanted to take our son driving. It was 9 pm and our son had home work. Also it was much later than we wanted him out driving. Also we thought it unprofessional coupled with our past experiences with him. It was then that our son told us about his bad experience. My wife and I called him to explain our frustration. He was combative and unapologetic to say the least. He blamed our son for not taking the driving part sooner. He said that he didn't see any problem with taking students at 9 pm on school nights and that any "normal" parent would let him even though he was 2 hours late! He saw no problem with not making appointments or coming late. Rather than go any further with his meanness and inability to accept responsibility, we asked for a refund. He said no. We told him that it wasn't our problem that his car broke down, that he had to reschedule multiple times and that he came late, or behavior made it more stressful for our son than any new driver should experience. He agreed but said he still wouldn't refund our money for work that he didn't do. He then shouted at me and said that I was keeping him from driving with other students. Then, he hung up the phone on me. As an adult, I found him difficult. I can't imagine what our son, others have had to experience. We've since learned that others have had similar experiences with the owner of Accurate School of Driving's Ken Bailey. I wish we had known earlier. I am writing this to spare other students, parents the headache of doing business here.

I start my driving yesterday with Cindy at 12 pm after working at 11;30 am…read morevery tired and no energy at all, thinking of cancelling my appointment but i did it anyway,right when i saw Cindy ,then we start talking about driving lesson,i already feel her positive energy,very compassionate and very calm and very patient with what she is doing.i been to different driving school but i never learn anything and i end up not going back because they sit there very bossy telling you were to go and doesn't teach you the proper way of driving but with Cindy i'm already confident driving on my first day and i learn a lot that i never learn from my previous driving school,I highly highly highly recommend this driving school to anyone who wants to learn the first time driving and she is very very good in her driving skills and she will work on your schedule because she work with my schedule. thank you so much for your patience and i learn a lot just for first day in two hour session. thanks, Maria
