My primary reservation stems from the highly unprofessional conduct observed during interactions involving a teenage child The behavior displayed by their personnel was deeply disappointing and fell far below the expected standards for individuals entrusted with the guidance and well-being of young people. The manner in which staff members conducted themselves and communicated was, in my assessment, disrespectful and demonstrated a significant lapse in professional decorum.
Furthermore, when I attempted to seek clarification and discuss these serious issues, the response I received was equally unsatisfactory. There was a notable absence of accountability or even an acknowledgment of the gravity of the concerns raised, particularly regarding the appropriateness of their communication with a minor. As adults in a position of responsibility, one would anticipate a higher degree of understanding and a more professional approach to addressing such sensitive matters.
Given these experiences, I find it exceptionally challenging to recommend this establishment, especially for the education or care of children.
