If I'm not gonna get the money that I paid back for it? That's the whole point of a return. Customer Servise was pretty okay. I recently found a great deal on a toolbox, it was normally $900+ but since I joined their email rewards program which is free, I got toolbox for less than $300, and it's a nice one. I try to stay away from their power tools as sometimes the quality is iffy, but their prices are beyond comparison. They don't do military discount but if you join their email program you can get even better deals.
