Coincidentally, hours after he left, a very old brass valve went bad. I texted Ramsey (owner), and he appeared the next morning, a Saturday, and promptly replaced it. I have used several vendors for my sprinklers over the past 30 years. Without any doubt, S&L are THE BEST, and I will use only them in the future. They are courteous, professional experts who promptly get the job done at a reasonable price. It's rare to find all that. Bravo!

My experience with Evergreen was nothing short of outstanding, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing irrigation or sprinkler work. What impressed me most was the owner, Aaron, and his personal involvement and commitment throughout the entire process. Rather than simply sending a crew and leaving, he was actively involved in diagnosing the problems, overseeing the work, and making sure everything was repaired properly. His knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. It is clear that Aaron and his team take great pride in the quality of service Evergreen provides and genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. It's not often that you find a company where the owner is this personally invested in the outcome. I truly appreciated Aaron's hands-on approach and willingness to make sure I was completely satisfied with the repairs, and the cost of repairs was commensurate with the work performed. Excellent service, quality workmanship, and a business owner who truly stands behind his work. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

As we are all trying to save water I found this horrifying. I called Carlos at Sprinkler tech and he sent his guys out in what felt like 5 minutes to fix the situation. I couldn't figure out why our underground lawn drip system stopped working in one part of our back…read moreyard, so I called Sprinkler Tech. In addition to the back yard problem, I had a number of smaller repairs needed in our traditional front-yard system. After taking a look, the guy who came out concluded that the 7 year-old system was at the end of its useful life, hopelessly plugged up by grass roots and that the only option was to replace the entire system and re-sod the entire back yard, a job which his boss would send me an estimate for. After that, I couldn't even get him to take a look at the repairs I needed in the front yard as he quickly left. After hand watering it for several months, I decided to take a closer look and realized that there was a puddle developing upstream of the problem area whenever the system came on. I spent about 30 minutes digging up that section where I found a hole in the line that caused a loss of pressure in the remainder of that line. I repaired the hole myself in less than an hour at a cost of $1.47 for a repair coupler at Home Depot. The system now works great again, and I was also able to make my own repairs to the front yard system that he wasn't interested in even looking at. I can't comment on how good their work is, but I'm not at all impressed with their ability to troubleshoot a problem or follow-through.

Mario helped me correctly identify that the leaks were due to broken valves. He helped me replace the broken valves at a reasonable price, which resolved the leaking. During the replacement, we noticed that only one of the sprinkler zones was working. He helped me re-wire the irrigation system so that both zones would function correctly. He also helped me replace some sprinkler heads so that all of the sprinklers would work. It was a pleasure working with Mario, and working with him saved me a lot of time and money. I felt that he was honest, friendly, hard-working, competent, and with reasonable rates. I recommend Mario for any sprinkler repair needs.
