Caliber does a great job! We had them complete two of our roofs due to stop damage! They did an amazing job!

Over promise and under deliver. That was my experience with Caliber Construction. The representative I worked with from Caliber Construction assured us that there would no issue with replacing the roof, gutter, and siding on our back porch that sustained storm damage in June of 2013. They worked directly with our insurance company to complete the repairs but for numerous reasons nothing was accomplished. After three months of delays and (in my opinion) poor communication, we requested and were released from our contract Caliber Construction. In my opinion, this is unprofessional. If I tell someone that I can complete a project within certain parameters, I make sure that the parameters (in this case subcontractors, price, and availability of siding) are reasonable before taking the job. I expect other professionals to operate similarly. I would not recommend Caliber Construction and will not choose them again. read more

It's amazing how selective a storm can be. We had claims denied by our insurance twice for roof damage from the same storms in 2013 that damaged several of our neighbor's houses as well ours. While they all had damage approved and covered by insurance, (a few even have the same insurance company as us), according to our insurance adjuster the storms seem to have missed our house while still nailing those on either side and directly across the street. Since it seemed that we weren't going to be covered, in the summer of 2014 we decided we needed to replace our roof out of our own pocket. After several bids, Cory at Caliber Construction came in with the lowest one that included the higher end materials we wanted. He also noted that we did have definite storm damage and recommended that we try an insurance claim one more time. He believed that he could get our roof covered by insurance. After spending a couple of hours with the adjuster Cory did indeed get our roof covered as well as the gutters. What a huge relief! That saved us over $12,000 out of our pocket. We are grateful to Cory and the professionals at Caliber Construction for the job they did for us both in working with insurance for full coverage and the quality of the work they performed on our house. read more

After filing TWO claims with THREE different contractors failed, we responded to a card in our door from Caliber Construction. We were called back promptly by Cory who met us at our home and advised us to try one more time with Caliber as our representative. After a lengthy re-inspect process, Cory's polite mannerism and extensive knowledge of the industry-standards, they were able to get our roof covered. In our opinion it is their methods and persistence that saved us $ 9,000 on a new roof. As a young family of four this really meant a lot to us, enough to write this review and recommend Caliber Construction to anyone in need of a new roof! read more
