Zero Stars I called in early December to see if they had availability to do an estimate they didn't have anything until January 18th so I made the appointment. When January 18th rolled around I left work early to be there on time. I arrived the girl at the desk checked me in and then walked around and talked to everyone who wasn't busy and asked them to do the estimate, no one wanted to do it. She finally gave up and came to tell me that the person who was supposed to do the estimate was "in a meeting" and told me that she would take pictures of my car and someone would email me the estimate in 48 hours. I reluctantly agreed since I had already waited almost a month for this appointment. Now it's 6 days later and I've received nothing. No email nothing. Take your business elsewhere. If this is how they are with an estimate I'll definitely give my money to someone else for the repairs. read more

Stay away from this place. I brought my truck here for repairs from a state farm recommendation. From day one it was miserable. The business couldn't even submit my estimate to state farm. After 3 months of trying to get info on my claim, I pretty much gave up. I called many times, was always given the run around. Was told several times my advisor would call, never did. Then they started not answering the phones. Spent 2 weeks trying to call without an answer. So I ended up moving my claim to paint lux. Best decision I ever made. They had my truck in their shop in a week and had it back 2 weeks later. I will never use this shop. read more

Making a follow up rating because my vehicle has been held for two months now, and getting anyone to give me an update or a call back was like pulling teeth. I said in my last review, shortages and shipping delays aside , this experience has been a nightmare , because the staff at the Wellington Caliber collision is so dysfunctional, unprofessional, and absent. Lily Laura's or whoever the female receptionist is not a pleasant person to speak to. Nobody is forcing you to work there, if you don't want to work there , then don't work there. and if your being forced to work there say something so someone can help you. Joe and Andrew take down messages but don't actually give them to who needs them . I've spoken to them multiple times and left multiple messages with both and never received a call from either Mike or Jeff, the supervisors, without at least a few calls in. my first issue with Caliber Wellington I was told by Jeff that I would received updates from him moving forward. Was told he makes calls Monday, Tuesday, Friday End of dayz Jeff never called me back once , so I called each of these days, and still never spoke/was connected to Jeff. Every time I've spoken to Jeff it's been on a Wednesday or a Thursday when I was actually able to get through. It's clear from the top down this entire business operation is a failure. Never once was I apologized to, never once did anyone admit fault, and never once did I feel confident in this companies ability to get the job done with respect for anyones time but their own. I would give this 0 stars. Someone hit me from behind and my car insurance suggested that I go here. So they needed to fix the back of my car and didn't have my sensors so every time I put my car in reverse the sensor make a loud high pitch noise. They were suppose to fix my center console and over a 8 month period time frame and countless calls later to them, no one got back to me and just kept saying it was on back order. Then I finally spoke w the manager who said he would give me a gift card and send it in the mail (which never came). I called AGAIN and he said I could come pick it up but I couldn't because I work their business hours and I sent my boyfriend. The gift card was $110 when it was suppose to be for $160. They can keep their $50 because I WILL NEVER use them again. read more

My sons car was returned after six weeks with water pouring into the driver side door every time it rained. I returned the car for what I was told would be a quick repair. These WELLINGTON guys used to be great. Not anymore. We have used them for big and small jobs. Not anymore. We needed a small exterior panel replaced below the door as the clips had broken off. Paid them $67 on May 1st. We were told part would be in within a few days-a week. No call back when we called to check. Then we went there. First they said the parts manager quit or was fired and the part was there, then it was lost, then reordered again and they couldn't find it, so it was lost a second time. Then the manager said the new parts manager was there, or gone or left for the day and a month later still no part. We have never received a call back even when they have told us to our face they would call. So now we will let Amex deal with these bozos and get us our refund. It's really a shame. We will be supporting ANOTHER WELLINGTON Business instead. read more

This company has had my car since July 26th and I only received one phone call from the company stating they that received my vehicle and that it would be 48 hours to get an estimate. It is now August 10th and I have been calling every day and still no estimate. I understand that there are labor shortages and supply chain issues, but the lack of communication is absolutely ridiculous. If you can't look at my car for three weeks, then tell me that. Don't lie and say 48 hours if it's really 4 weeks. Each day it's delayed is another day I have spend money on renting a car. Communication is part of providing excellent customer service. I can not say enough positive things about this place. I brought my car here after an accident and the were respectful and courteous. They called me multiple times with updates and to let me know exactly what they were doing with my car. They even returned my car to me much cleaner than how I left it with them. The Wellington Florida franchise is the worst. They are a State Farm preferred vendor and that is a joke! I took my white Lexus in for a front and back bumper repair. The front was only partially fixed and Wayne told me the seams didn't match because I would need a whole new bumper for that. However when I returned it for the bad paint job miraculously that seam could be fixed in minutes! The paint job on the back bumper doesn't come close to the color of the car but they said "That's normal" bumpers never match because they're not metal. Now I have yellow bumpers on a white car. They sent doctored photos to State Farm as far as I can tell because I sent photos also but they refused to fix the paint. I am still discussing with State Farm but these guys had so many excuses they are not to be trusted. Worst experience ever. read more

This place used to be Collision Physician, and it was fairly decent for price and quality of work. It has been bought out by the chain, Caliber Collision. I had been here twice before with a girl friend's car, when it was Collision Physician. They seemed OK but rather pricey. Now that it was time to do my Land Rover (that had been backed in to) these new Caliber Collision people came in with a $3000+ price... And that seemed very high. I actually shopped th price this time; I went to two (2) other shops; one in Wellington and one in Royal Palm Beach who both came back with prices in the $900...! One Third of Caliber Collision!! I happily got my truck repaired at 'the other' Wellington shop! I'll never bother with these guys again. read more

Good evening Calliber Collision - My name is Mrs. Bell and you have had my 2016 Suburban for almost a month now as of 2/4/23. When I came to you I thought I was doing my car a favor, bringing it to reputable company who I had dealt with in the past and whom I knew would take care of my car in a timely manner. You guys took me in without an appointment and I felt oh so very grateful. That has turned into a nightmare, I feel I should have went somewhere else where Geico directed me to. Not one person has called me to update me about my vehicle, not one. I have called 3 times, myself, to get updates, as to the status of my car. You have in your notes that I was sent a text message on 2/13/23 that you were waiting on parts and my vehicle should be ready by 3/1, I never received said text message. When I called today and inquired if my vehicle would be ready by tomorrow I was now told my vehicle won't be ready until mid March, maybe. Have y'all lost your damn minds! My insurance only covers my rental for 1 month so mid March pushes me almost 15 days past my rental date. Had one service advisor even bothered to call me and give me this update, nope, not at all. Not a freaking word from your company as I've had to call every single time. Today just pushed me over the edge with the incompetence I feel I am getting from your company. A phone call would have been decent in these last 30 days you have had my vehicle, but I have received nothing. You claim you sent a text message which I never received. I feel as if my vehicle is being held hostage by your company right now and I am pissed off and have every right to be. Communication is the forefront of any relationship, especially a customer service relationship. I just want my vehicle back. Not only did they take two months to fix my car bumper which I was cool about for the first month but I forgot to take out a gold bracelet out of my car during drop off after my car accident and it was gone when I picked it up. They told me I signed a waver saying if I left anything there not responsible for it because obviously their employees aren't trustworthy. I had high hopes for this shop. My husband took his car there when it was still Collision Physician and they did a wonderful job. I took my car there to get a long scratch repaired. The cost was &1700. When I got my car back, the interior was very dirty - white powder all over the back seats and some white streaks on some of the trim. I also noticed that the headliner was peeled away near the back window. Also, the part that adjust the seatbelt height was stuck and the seatbelt was stuck on the passenger side. In addition, the trim on the outside was placed so that the door appeared to be crooked. I called in and was told to bring it back and they would correct the issues. I was called by the manager to say that they were going to have to replace the headliner which was damaged when the window company removed/replaced my windows so that the exterior trim could be repaired. The manager called again to tell me that he wasn't satisfied with the headliner and that they were going to have to order the OEM part from the dealer and it would take about 10 days to receive. When I picked up my car, the front driver's side seatbelt was now sticking and the part that adjusts the height was not moving at all. Also, there were some interior trim parts from the cargo area that were not attached and kept falling off if touched even lightly. There was also a random screw that was left in my rear cup holder (to this date, I do not know from where the screw came). I called again and was told that they would fix it when installing my new headliner. When I picked up my car after getting the headliner put back in, the seatbelt adjustment part was still stuck. The little piece of trim that covers the wiring for the rear view mirror was missing and one of my tires now had a screw in the sidewall (I had to replace the tire). The shop also covered up some incidental small scratches on the other side of my car, which was a lovely gesture, but they used flat paint and my paint finish is metallic and shiny. I went back inside and asked them about the seatbelt adjustment. They took the car back into the bay and brought it back having fixed the seatbelt. When I asked about the flat paint (it looks like there are wax lines on my car) I was told that is the paint color and that's what it looks like when it doesn't have the shiny coat on it. That the only way to get the right color is to get touch-up paint from the dealer. Thanks. I left pretty disillusioned and a little ticked off that a repair that cost me no small amount of money had been so very problematic. Incidentally, when I left the shop, my tire pressure light was on. I had a screw in the sidewall of my tire and had to replace my tire because it was not repairable. I didn't even bother to tell the shop about the tire. Also, my passenger side seatbelt adjustment part is still stuck - I will be taking the car to the dealership to have that properly repaired and to purchase the correct color touch-up paint. My overall impression is this: the staff is very friendly and welcoming - they are lovely people. The work performed seems to be done haphazardly and without regard for detail. Perhaps they rush to get things done or are understaffed. In either case, this is not worth the money they charge for doing the work. You may want to look elsewhere. read more

Took my car for body work due to my hitting something when I picked up my car there were fresh scratches on the rear drivers side that I know were not there I toiled the rep(mike) these were not there before he looked and said tha it had touch up paint on it. I never had touch up paint in the whole time I used the car. Of course they had pictures and showed the scapes. These pictures were not done with me nor was a walk around the car ( my fault again) I was persistent that it was not there when mike started to accuse me of hitting things and blaming it on other people if it was ther I certainly would have had it fixed..as I was leaving he yelled for me to have a miserable life. I got to the desk for my appointment and the woman there said "you surprised me, what are you doing here?" I told her I was there for my appointment and she said "no you're not" - she proceeded to argue about whether or not I had an appointment. I showed her my email confirmation from Geico and told her that a rental car was waiting, I could provide her with that confirmation number as well. She said she didn't care about any confirmation numbers and didn't need to see anything because I "was not on HER schedule." I asked how that was possible, she said Geico cancelled my appointment because they were not going to pay. Geico confirmed that I was on the schedule and they had not made any contact to change anything. The same woman at the desk interrupted my phone call with Geico to report how I was being treated by yelling out "everything is fine!" I asked her not to eavesdrop on my conversation or interrupt. She retorted back "then don't call them in my lobby!" Excuse me? I'm trying to clarify YOUR mistake. I had not even met with the adjustor. Enterprise called later in the day to re-confirm that I was picking up the car. Geico confirmed that no cancellation had been requested. HORRIFIC customer service and desk attendants who shoot the company in the foot with the insurers. Not leaving my vehicle here. Ever. read more

I used these guys for a simple bumper skin replacement and while there to remove some door dings and touch up. The skin was replaced fine. The door dings were partially removed and one ended up popping back in. The worst. They had blue paint gun splatter all over my trunk and rear fenders. I talked to the dent remover and he too said the paint wasn't there before. The manager left me sitting in the lobby for an hour untill I walked back and found him bs'ing with sales guys and then he says. Bno that wasn't us your mistaken. What ever! Worst mechanic shop ever. They charged me over $1,300.00 for a tune up and I took the vehicle to them 3 times to fix the same problem and it's still not fixed. This location did an amazing job on my vehicle. Customer service is top notch. They went above and beyond from the start. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was able to rent a car at same time that I was dropping of my vehicle for repairs. Pick up was a breeze. I was in and out. By the time my papers were signed my vehicle was already pulled up waiting for me. I will definitely use them again if needed. read more

This is the second time i have used this shop in the last two months. first time for our Yukon XL which had major accident damage and the second time for a BMW with Bumper damage. Another shop wanted to replace the entire bumper which would have been 3x the repair cost. These guys used a resin repair kit and it came out perfect. The whole process where you show up get an estimate, they have the rentals on premise and then you return back with the rental and pick up the car is a great customer experience. Everyone is friendly and very interested in getting the cars repaired to where you would never know there had been accidents. Hats off to Gio and Han and the rest of that awesome team. My car has been at this shop since December 30, 2020. I went to pick up after hours the night of February 1, 2021 & there were scraping noises/thumping coming from the front end. I was out of town for a week and was unable to have it picked up by the time they finished it & it's obvious no one cared to test drive it around because these sounds aren't something that you can ignore. NO communication from them what so ever. They do everything on "their time" and by that i mean they wait until the last minute. Mike was assigned to my car & never not once did i hear from him for up to 20 days of my car being there & when i did hear from him it is because i had to contact the shop. Geico & Tony (the manager) even informed me i was supposed to be getting updates every 2 days. Mike also felt the need to talk over me & get an attitude because i was upset about how unprofessional this shop is and also felt the need to hang up on me mid sentence. Of course caliber will claim otherwise, but ya know..thats what businesses do because they wanna look good. read more

Customer service is horrible. Only interested in insurance claims. I should start by saying that I took two cars there in the past, both insurance claims, no issues. A few days ago my daughter took our car there for body work from an accident. They asked who the insurance company was and she told them it was not an insurance claim, yet(the other party was paying out of pocket) . The guy took her information, looked at the car and told her it would be roughly $5k. She asked him to have the estimate e-mailed to me, he said it would be done by days end. End of the day, no estimate. I called the next morning and was told it was not in the system, apparently it was not done. The woman on the phone said she would talk to the guy who did it and find out whats going on. End of the day, no estimate, no communication. Obviously it was never done and I figure since it was not an insurance claim they didn't want to deal with me. There is no way I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

The front bumper on my Honda Fit was ripped off by being caught on a defective bank parking lot divider with a large metal bar sticking up out of it. Another shop might have just patched up the damage to the connectors and remounted it but Caliber pushed the bank's insurer for an entirely new and structurally sound replacement. They then painted it a perfect match and the car looks better than new. And through it all, they worked quickly and kept in contact with me as to what was happening. They gave me one quote to repair the car and gave the girls father a second quote that didn't show the same repairs as mine. This caused me to have get my money in small claims court. Asked how long customer service response online should be estimated and wasn't provided with said time frame and was given short cutoff answers with no sense of professionalism whatsoever. Little information was given to prove the competence of their auto-repair services and customer service was poor. Caliber Collision in Wellington must certainly provide further instruction and training to employees on proper customer service phone etiquette. Not good representation for a business. read more
