Great service. Ray was the best. Great communication. Wonderful job on my car from being rear ended. Will recommend to everyone.

Bad quality done to my car . I have a brand new 2024 Corolla and they put back on my bumper . & on driver side bumper/ fender . There's a huge gap . Then on passenger side my bumper and fender isn't flushed together . And they said that the best they can do is. Now I have to take my car somewhere else after this 5th time of caliber collision trying to fix it . read more

Went in and spoke with Donald and Ray about an issue and they were both super helpful and quick with their services.

UPDATE 8/12/24: We just got back from picking up my son's car earlier today so I thought it only fair to update my post. Jason, the regional manager, personally contacted me after I posted this review and oversaw the completion of my Son's car. Everything going forward was absolutely the experience that all customers should have. He went above and beyond to make sure that my Son's car was top priority so that he wouldn't be delayed with his internship, and the car looks great. It doesn't erase how poorly things were mishandled before, but I definitely understand that sometimes mistakes happen and I very much appreciate the lengths that were gone through to make things right. My insurance company directed me to Caliber Collision and I selected this location because of all of the good reviews. Either they lied or they didn't have Ray B. in charge of managing their repair. I dropped off the vehicle on July 12 and Ray made a point to tell me how slow business was for them and that he estimated 2-3 weeks for the repairs. I later got an update saying the repairs would be completed on August 9, no big deal things change, I get it. I had not a single call from Ray to update me on the status and only received periodic automated texts telling me that everything was still on track for August 9th. I received yet another automated text on August 9th (the day of) at 8:33AM saying that the new date is now August 15th. I immediately called and talked to Ray. He tried to laugh it off saying that it's the system that automatically generates a future date when he changes something in the system (sounded like a lie). I explained to him that I had bought a plane ticket just yesterday for me to fly home after going with my son on a road trip to get him setup for an internship and that I wouldn't have bought the ticket had I had any sort of update that the car would not be ready on the projected date. Ray tells me that it just needs paint and that he'd do everything in his power and stay late to make sure it got done today. I call several times to check in on the status to make sure everything is on track, but Ray is nowhere to be found. All day he dodged my calls until finally I spoke with the manager. The manager explains that he has no clue why Ray told me it could be done today and that it'd be difficult to even get it done before next week. Ray not only neglected to maintain communication with me AT ALL throughout the process, but he then bold-faced LIED to me about what was even possible. The manager tried to talk to me like I didn't understand that it was an estimate and that it COULD change. I agreed, but I very much disagree that THE MORNING IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY FOR PICKUP is the time to notify me that it would take longer. The level of unprofessionalism here is just baffling. I'm now going to potentially have to take a loss on the plane ticket I already bought because this place apparently has no problem employing a lazy liar like Ray B. Avoid this place at all cost, I would NEVER do business here again. read more

The only thing I have to say is Stephanie was professional UNTIL I got my car back & told her something was wrong w the front end. It was visibly shaking at 30+mph & my tire had a whole blowout from accident she or discount missed the first time. But instead of fixing it, they OVERFILLED the tire w air so they can just get it back to me she denied anything was wrong, after taking my car back 24hours after I got it back, they found "MORE" damage to my wheel. She stopped communicating & stopped answering our calls. Come to find out this isn't the first time she's done something like this, she's got a history of withholding information from clients. Why is she still working there? Also , this specific location does NOT have a mechanic on site. They are outsourcing to discount. So discount on 78 was also giving us the run around. I had to handle this myself & pay money out of pocket for a whole new wheel , cause caliber washed their hands w me after taking my car back. Finally spoke w management & they want me to take my car back? What makes them think I'd trust them this time? They failed to gain another satisfied customer cause they chose to ignore complaints about said employee. read more

So, that fender bender from week before last.... My insurance company, State Farm, rocked their coverage and service; hubby Jay arranged repairs with the local Caliber Collision, and Oscar Perales, the assistant manager FROM Caliber Collision, just delivered my car himself. The work is gorgeous, and My Girl Rhonda (the Honda) has been washed and waxed and shined from stem to stern. I commented that she hasn't been so clean in quite awhile, and Oscar proceeded to tell me that Caliber will wash our cars for free, ANYTIME, because we chose to go to them for our repairs. He has been with Caliber for 14 years, and he started by pushing a broom. This kind of customer service is ALMOST dead. I would have said, COMPLETELY dead. But, there's Oscar, and Caliber. Getcha some! read more

My truck was broken into and extensive damage was done. They did an amazing job on my 2004 Tundra. I wish I had the money so they can do the rest of my truck. They were courteous and very professional. They took all my worries away and did an EXCELLENT Job!!! Thank you Caliber Team on a job well done!!! read more

Caliber Collision, at least at this location, is truly wonderful. They do their best to make the whole process as easy as possible. I'm admittedly, but not deliberately, a difficult person to work with- I am always having to reschedule, or running 30-45 minutes behind, and I get easily frustrated in these types of situations. Caliber collision has done nothing but show me genuine kindness, understanding, and helpfulness. I trust this place to do major vehicle repairs on my 2016 Toyota Corolla- they are transparent in everything they do, and explain all the steps in the process without making it sound like an awful lecture. I feel like l am a person here and not just another number- the employees really do care and really do want to do the right thing and make sure you're happy. They are flexible and understanding with payment situations. Without a doubt, this location has genuinely wonderful human beings working here. read more

Oscar was Fantabulous. From start to finish they kept me up to date about what was going on and the status of my car. He was polite...professional.. personable and excelled at customer service in my opinion. My car was ready before expected and to me that is an added bonus. I would highly recommend Caliber and Oscar. Dealing with getting a car repaired is a pain and they made it much easier to deal with read more

Don't go to this place, I have no idea why this gets good reviews. I went there a week ago to get my estimate for the insurance and the service advisor said he sent had just received an email that morning when the insurance told they requested photos and the estimate the same day I went. The service advisor proceeded to tell me they weren't scheduling repairs for another 2 months. I wanted to know why I wasn't advised that by him or the receptionist when I walked in. I asked to speak to a the manager and was hung up on, when I called back the receptionist left me on hold for about 3 minutes, finally got tired and hung up. I'm def not doing business with them, watch out for this store. read more

We took our car in for collision repair on the rear bumper on a Tuesday and they told us it would be at least a week and a half, however it took exactly a week. Christian was our point of contact and he was very professional and friendly. He called 4 different times to update us on the progress.
