Had I paid entirely out of pocket, I wouldn't have gone to ANY collision repair shop. Let that be said first and foremost. Did these guys fix my car in a timely manner? Yes. Did the repairs meet my expectations for quality? Yes. Is my car not in as good of shape as it was prior to the accident. You bet. Am I satisfied with what I was told "had to be done"? No. My wife's car got hit (and run) in a parking lot and the damage was to the front right headlight assembly. Additionally, the molded plastic bumber had become slightly ajar and had 3 teeny tiny cat like scratched below where the headlight was busted. The technician stated that they would have to reorder the headlight assembly ($240 online but they charged $340 for the exact same piece), take off the bumber, strip it down, buff out the teeny tiny scratches, repaint, and put it back on the car. The price for this was just a hair under $1000. Well, as my "hit and run" deductable was only $250, I told him to go for it. But I did have misgivings about what should have cost $300 (just to replace the headlight assembly and pop the bumber back in place). I was not at all worried about the 3 teeny tiny scratches that you had to get within 12 inches of the bumer to even pick out. Had this been a purely out of pocket repair, I would have ordered the piece for $240 and paid a mechanic for 20 minutes of his time to instal it! Too often with insurance claims, we just willingfully bend ourselves over the barrel and not think about the repercussions. Should I have any feelings ofguilt when I know the insurance companies are making billions in profit? I guess not. I just think that all thiings are connected and by just going along with the insurance insanity, we the people get screwed in the long run. Oh well. The car is back to normal and looks great. Whatever they did, they did well. That's not the issue.

This place lacks common courtesy!!! They had such poor customer service. I would not recommend anyone visit this place. Not to mention I'm paying them to treat me this way. I am basically at their mercy. save your time and go elsewhere. They told me the truck would be ready Friday. But they would confirm with me at 2. But I had no response until I called them at 5. Manager said they could not get their own glass vender to return back to the shop to reinstall the back window. I showed up today to see my vehicle not only is the back window not installed but neither is the tailgate rear tail lights bumper I guess they don't bother going out and checking on the vehicles before they say they're going to be ready and all their excuse is it's because of the high volume of vehicles I just sounds like greed by taking too many vehicles you cannot complete or manage no matter what they're going to get their check Ps Mr and Mrs manager tell the truth your mad at your father NOT at me, I forgive you. ref: Adam

These guys want me to pay $30 to replace the emblems on a car that weren't even effected in a crash. Why?

My service rep, Chris, was great at going over the process, setting the right expectation, providing updates, and ensuring I was back on the road asap.

There were some back and forth issues with the rep who was assigned my case and the insurance company and some general lack of communication. The last two weeks of my claim really ramped up and got moving when Greg (manager) got involved. He excused the prior wait and lack of communication and indicated that the person working on my case was no longer with the company. After he got involved, there was great communication, and the work that was done was excellent. He was sympathetic to my wait and frustration. I appreciated that when I called the office I always got ahold of a live person. Usually this was Jackie who was always friendly and super helpful. The work was excellent, and you wouldn't even know there was any damage. I've had the car back about a month now and wanted to make sure there were no residual issues before writing the review. Working great. They provided pictures and an itemized roster of the work done. I'm grateful they stepped up, turned things around, and proved that customer satisfaction is their top priority.

Thursday April 17, I got in a car wreck and my vehicle was totaled. San Antonio Police Department…read morecalled a random tow company that was close to my home and it just so happened to be Mission Collision Center. They are closed on the weekends as most places are, but thankfully I had the following day off. I was able to get over to see my vehicle and take some photos for insurance. They also let me get inside and get as much of my belongings out as I could. A few days later I had to go back out again and get more photos for insurance. My second visit they told me I would be assigned to someone to help me with my car and my claim. I explained that I had several companies working with me and I was a little stressed out. A short time later, Dale, their general manager reached out to me directly and said he would be taking over my situation. He was very responsive and helpful and was very honest with me about the charges and the situation I was in. He reached out to my financial company that had the loan for my car and talk to the finance company directly. He worked out a deal with them to help me with the storage charges until they could process the claim since there were three companies working on the vehicle claim. Once they were able to process the claim and I was able to get an adjuster out Dale went to the car himself and helped them process everything to determine what the appraisal of my car was and the damages sustained in the accident. He reached out to let me know That I had a claims adjuster come out, so I knew that I could follow up on the claim with the third-party company. I kept getting the runaround from the Finance and the insurance company so I was feeling very frustrated. I kept reaching out to Dale several times to figure out what to do with my car. The finance company told me it was my problem and to figure it out myself. At a loss, I reached out to Dale to see what my options were. He went through and explained the damages to my car and an estimated cost to fix it. He did reiterate that without taking the car completely apart, they could not give me a completely accurate quote. He used his years of expertise to be able to answer all of my questions. I appreciated his honesty and treating me like I was a family member rather than just a customer. He helped me sort through all of the issues and concerns that I had with my vehicle and the appraisals. It is now May 6 and he has personally resolved my car situation and guided me in the direction to determine my next steps. I could not be happier with them and their willingness to help me out above and beyond their scope of simply "towing and storing" my car. I would recommend Dale and Mission Collision Center in any scenario where you need a body shop or a tow.
