Terrible communication at this place. Estimate was misleading by stating that "Total Customer…read moreResponsibility" was a negative number......I relied on this estimate and was lead to believe that this number was being deducted from what I would owe out-of-pocket upon pick-up. On top of this, we were talked into purchasing 3 additional tires so that a proper alignment could be completed. We were quoted a price by Brandon which he stated included tax and mounting....That price suddenly went up $30 upon pick-up and of course, Brandon wasn't around that day to speak with about the price difference. We ended up paying an additional $80 unexpectedly because of their poor communication, badly written estimates, and shady tactics. Even after discussing the issues we had they refused to honor the prices we were given. I will avoid this place in the future and will definitely not be recommending. We were given an amount by Brandon that was to be our responsibility which we accepted and were totally prepared to pay. We were then given a higher amount when we came to pick up our vehicle and of course Brandon wasn't around. These are the facts. Typical scam.....give the customer an amount over the phone $$ then charge more when its time for them to pick up $$$$ blame customer for not understanding, imply the customer is lying, have the tech disappear that day, use all the above if necessary.

After three "expert" techs and 90 days I got back a car that wouldn't start, locked in gear so it couldn't be rolled around, dead battery and a front tire with a hole so big I can put my fist in it (see picture). WTH happened? They said they could never start it so apparently worked on it in the driveway but despite never getting the car running their "estimate/diagnosis" was it probably needs a transmission module but they didn't have the software to reset or determine if it was bad... THE CHARGES: $600+. I left a car that ran and got back a car that didn't plus had a tire which looked like it was shot with a cannon and a dead battery. So they replaced that then they charged me $1,100 after they told me it was only going to be 750. And then when I confronted them about the huge difference in price the owner threatened me threatened to keep my vehicle and overcharge me for storage fees for every single day if I didn't just pay and leave . So I had my vehicle brought to a real mechanic and sure enough these assholes put the wrong serpentine belt on and put it on there so tight that it had to be totally disassembled to get it off . And so then putting that wrong serpentine belt on would have caused so many future problems for my vehicle . This was the second time they've done this to me . So the first time I brought it in for the same issue . So anyways they replace the fuel pump I pay that time it was $1,200 I don't have the receipt anymore otherwise I'd post that too but this has been about a year now . And I just didn't think about leaving any kind of review because I was pretty upset . You know so anyways I gave them $1,200 I leave I get two blocks away in my power steering doesn't work anymore so I turn right around go right back and dude comes out trying to act like he's looking for what the problem is then he offers to put it back on the lift to show me something and then gives me this line where he says oh I could just shed a tear for you too talking to me and my boyfriend . Once this place is original owners passed away the place went down the hill fast I will never bring my vehicle here ever again the only time I ever did in the beginning was for the $13 oil changes . And I cannot find their business that's open right now otherwise I'd be blasting this all over their website . But these people are shady as hell and will try to fight you if you disagree with them because that's what the owner Dave did to me . You're all pieces of s*** Dave and your son.
