do not use this company from the call centers to the regional managers to the people at the body shop they will lie to you continuously and after you call them out on them lying they will then call you a liar it is ridiculous how this company is still in business literally from the beginning kept my car longer than they were supposed to finally got my vehicle back but not all of the parts were completed I was told I would get a phone call when that happened 3 weeks later still did not receive a phone call had to call in myself to see if my parts were there hopefully tomorrow it'll get fixed but please don't use this company if you want to keep your sanity read more

The repairs they do are great, and the people are nice. However the follow through is awful. Since the repairs took longer than 30 days they were suppose to pay for my car rental with Enterprise. After several attemmps to get them to pay for and them saying it was taken care of.....it has never been resolved. I will pay for the bill of course but will never go back. I also asked for them to order a part, they forgot and when I called to remind them.....I never heard from them again. read more

My dad was an ex-bodyman but in his old age, did not have the strength to fix his car door handle himself. He walked in without an appointment just inquiring about it and the receptionist and mechanic were so incredible to fit him in. We appreciate the nice people at Caliber Collision so much!! read more

they are scammers who purposely break other parts to get you to pay more money to get it fixed. the front desk lady is rude totally a disappointment. I would never come back or recommend them to anyone read more

this company will rip you off lie straight to your face and work with your insurance company to rip you off worst place ever and also watch out for hidden fees read more

Brian Fuller and jesse Pena lied and misrepresented facts to our insurer, resulting in a denial of our repair claim. I am a 77 year old woman, who was promised repairs that never happened. now i am forced to pay out of pocket. I was treated very condescendingly by the people at this business. Please find a different place to have your repairs done. read more

we picked up the vehicle at about 40 minutes before closing which we called in the morning and let them know we would be there by the end of the day. Since they were going to do the work on that vehicle was a total loss we were just picking it up. They said they were putting the bumper back on. When we picked it up, they handed us, the light which wasn't broken when we brought it in and my daughter was driving the car the highway the bumper fell off the highway . My daughter when she tried to drag it from the middle of the highway and put it in her car could have caused a major accident put lives in danger. When I called to complain the manager, Renee said the insurance doesn't pay for putting the vehicle back together and that it was a common courtesy to put the bumper back on. I told her if that's common courtesy and you're not gonna do it correctly. You should've just put it in the car if you weren't going to put it on securely, which is not how we brought it in she never apologized. She just made excuses. instead of the words, I'm sorry coming out of her mouth in the first few minutes of the call made excuses for her and her Employee Steven. read more

Small traffic accident and my insurance lead me to Caliber for repair. Terrible customer service. And when my car was ready for pick up they required additional money for work they had not done! What a scam. (Previous work in my same claim was done by a mechanic). Yet, when I explained this to them saying they were asking for payment on work they didn't do they said, "that is irrelevant." I do not recommend this location at all! read more

Amanda did a good job on getting in touch with me throughout the whole process while my truck was in the shop

Came in for an estimate, Sean F was great. I would recommend them for stellar service.

Got my car fixed here recently, and they did a great job. Quick, friendly, and helpful. Billy handled my repairs, and he kept me updated every few days. I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here, especially if you have never been through the process. They explained everything and were very patient with my 21 questions. read more

Receptionist said estimates were booked out 2 months . My auto body issue was a five minute estimate. She wouldn't even take that into consideration. Just didn't want the business for the company . Found a competitor that did the work and estimate same day. I would not recommend this place . read more

My experience at Caliber Collision was great! Tina handled my estimate and communicated with me through the entire process of having my car repaired. She was professional, thorough, pleasant to work with and she even called to let me know when my car was going in to be painted so I would know it would soon be finished. Her office assistant was very helpful and friendly also. She even called the car rental company to arrange my being picked up to take me to get my rental car. They made it all so easy. They completed my repairs in a very timely manner and it looks perfect. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. read more

Same experience as Ryu R. They would not give an estimate without contacting my insurance first. Why would I want to file an insurance claim that is less than the deductable? read more

Did an excellent job repairing the dent the bozo at Walmart put in my truck. You can definitely not tell. Highly recommend.

A deer took out the front end of our car while on vacation. Our insurance company had the vehicle towed to Caliber Collision on Alma Street in Pueblo. It was unsettling to work with a company with which we were not at all familiar. We live in a different state. However, we could not be more satisfied with the work and the customer care provided by Caliber Collision. They communicated with us regularly. In addition, they went above and beyond when it was time for us to pick up our car, which was after hours since we came from out of state. Also, the car looks great! We highly recommend the crew at Caliber Collison on Alma St in Pueblo. read more

Poor communication and severe lack of customer service skills. I was told 3 days for a repair and it ended up being 10 days and likely only because I repeatedly called to bother them and ask for the status. Kept making excuses as to why it was taking longer. I do not feel that I should have had to call them-they should have updated me on the status of the repair. Being told 3 days and having to wait 10 days should result in communication initiated from the business. Also, when finally picked up my vehicle, and told it was sanitized yet found trash inside ( that isn't sanitized to me). Overall, a huge disappointment and I will not recommend this shop to anyone. read more
