She arranged everything, including coordinating getting us a rental car, which was ready when we brought the car in. In terms of the repair, the work was done perfectly. In terms of timing, my car went over a week over the promised date. VERY frustrating. In terms of personnel, there was a little bit of finger-pointing when my car went overtime, but staff was otherwise professional and courteous. I called at the end of the day on a Friday to get a finish date, and I was told that my car had been finished since morning. LOTS of finger-pointing. This would not be my first choice in body repair in the future. read more

My car went to this body shop with very little wrong with it just 2 bad fenders and a smashed windshield. They did the work and broke more things that weren't broke in the incident than tried passing the car off as it was done. I flipped out on them and they took the car back a few times trying to make it right months later still have a broken bumper they swear they have nothing to do with. They don't give a shit about your car no matter how nice it is. Don't trust this body shop. read more

Had to wait 2 months for auto repair. Rental insurance was only good for 1 month. Had to pay for 1 month rental. When it was done window didn't work and taillights didn't work. No inspection of work obviously. Had to go back. read more

RUN!!! Use ANY other repair shop!!! I brought my car in for an ESTIMATE. Geico adjuster estimated repairs at less than $4000. Caliber submitted an addendum for additional repairs increasing cost by more than 100%!!! Their repair estimate was $9600!!! Geico than considered myLexus IS350 a total loss. Since repairs were cosmetic and not mechanical and I've driven it for 2 months the way it was (damaged trunk and quarter panel), I decided to not have it repaired. Except that Caliber dissembled the car and WON'T REASSEMBLE IT!!! DO NOT leave your vehicle here unless you're prepared to surrender it for salvage!!! A 'car' in pieces is not a car, it's auto parts! A "car" has its parts already assembled and can be driven!!! DON'T fall for the 'convenience' of using Geico Express. That was my error. I allowed the estimate by Caliber because I thought Geico was vetting this provider and that Geico would only partner with a reputable, quality vendor. There is nothing 'convenient' about being without a car unexpectedly!! As someone else mentioned, there aren't enough fingers on the human hand to point in the multiple directions when trying to get Geico or Caliber to resolve my issue. I'm a widow who makes a living as a visiting hospice nurse. I'm now without reliable transportation to do my job. If I had an inkling that I'd never get my car returned I would never have left it in the first place. Nor would I have spent over $1000 on new tires prior to getting AN ESTIMATE!!!!
