. It's had no choice was the quickest way to repair my car because somebody had hit me while the car was parked. Sort of like a scratch. Several scratches on the bumper anyhow called their insurance company which was Geico. Talk to somebody at caliber when they drop the car off. That was pretty smooth and fast. Left the car there for a week. Told them that you know don't give me my car back. Messed up. My car is nice. Clean it didn't have many imperfections. Anyhow, week later get the car back + first of all I got it back extremely dirty. One of the wheels was actually peeling because whatever they used to wash it they had a bunch of overspray on it. It was a bunch of spots that were not even related to the accident that were left on the black paint + after 5 days or 4 days of being there. That car should be immaculate and it's not. It was dirty on the inside. It had all kind of scuffs and dirt from maybe handprints or whatever it was not taking care of while in their possession. And also when I got it back it was not a good job. $1,700 worth of the other person's insurance that they just did a terrible job. Now the paint's not great. My Wheels peeling and matter of fact I just found another spot that from the heat cuz it's been hot. It's starting to bubble up so I do not recommend this place whatsoever. It just they treat you as a whatever or whatever. They don't care about your car. They just care about their insurance money cuz I had another quote that was only $682. I should have just paid out of my own pocket to have it done right instead of now. The car is obviously not a good job. They just didn't do a good job. I would not return or recommend anybody to go there. I am completely disappointed this place sucks I would not ever trust this place the body shop is incompetent Why would I want to email you? Why would I want you to redo my car? I don't think so. I don't want nothing to do with this place. I don't trust you people. There's no way I'm taking my car back for anything. I might as well pay out of my own pocket to have it fixed. You need to retrain your staff on how to properly do body work properly, paint and properly give the car back to the customer. Avoid this location at all cost! And no, corporate never gets back to you. I called the insurance company and have taken my vehicle to another body shop, not Caliber, they were horrified by the quality of the work. Mind you the insurance adjuster was present. More issues than just the mismatched paint, no OEM parts, overspray, issues with alignment. They switched out my car battery, only 3 months old, and didn't notify me, that battery is gone and had warranty. I just can't believe this is the quality of work they produce and the straight up lying to my face. I did not want to take it back to them just to get the same results. read more

I have Esteban as an estimator and they told me that my car would be ready on Monday, June 30. I dropped it off June 20th. They were giving me small minimal updates but it seemed like everything was on track. I called the Friday before to see if maybe it could possibly be ready before Monday because they're closed on the weekend. The girl told me that I would get a phone call from Esteban never did. On that Monday I'm supposed to be picking up my car, No update saying that it was a delay. No nothing. The last update I got from them was that everything was nearing completion, apparently not. So when I got off work to tell them, hey I am just checking to see if my car is ready because I'm on my way there, I get told that my car is still not ready and then I won't be ready until the following day. Again, no one updated me didn't speak to Esteban. The girl told me that he would call me and he never did. It is now Tuesday, July 1 and again no update about there being a delay, nobody's telling me what's actually going on so again I had to call them instead of them contacting me!! Now I'm being told that my car won't be ready until Wednesday, July 2. I'm paying $1000 for you guys to fix my car and I can't even get actual updates on what's going on!!! Spoke with a manager named Brian or Bryan, he was really nice and he is the only reason for me to change my 1 star to a 2 star. read more

Brought my car in for repairs through insurance they didn't communicate with no updates my car was totaled I wasn't told until a week later when I came to pick up my "repaired " car and when I showed was told that I can't get my car back because they took my bumper off and want 200 dollars to get it back called insurance to pay them they did and still they held my car everyone in here is very rude short tempered and unprofessional and avoid talking to you unless you come in person never bring your car here!!!! I was pleasantly surprised as their team went over and beyond to ensure I satisfied. They met and exceeded customer expectations. Bryan work with my insurance company and was proactive with keeping me up-to-date on a daily basis on the progress . That was pretty remarkable. Stay far away from caliber. Took my truck in for hail damage and when I picked it up it had scratched windshield, roof rack leaking water in cab, scratches from tools, overspray, shorted out lights, dead battery, broken proximity sensor, mildew, and of course my seat belt stopped working properly. The girls at the front made sure to get any messages for Mario to him. Then came Joe who was working on my truck. His knowledge and break down with was going on was great. Attempting not to waist anybody's time, I called and asked pricing to have my rear bumper mounted back on my car. I was told we are NOT a partial repair place and that I would have to get a new bumper for them to attach. Agreed... How much will a new bumper cost? I don't know, I'm not an estimator, ok. Hold message: Thank you for calling us we apologize for your waiting as we know your time is very valuable... Estimator comes on line .. I have no idea how much a bumper costs without a VIN ...OK. Can you check my VIN? We can check at your appointment.. How much were your last 20 bumpers so I can have some idea of the parts price...? I have no idea off the top of my head... Any idea about how much a bumper will cost? NO, NO IDEA AT ALL?? So you have 10 minutes to talk to me on the telephone but not 20 seconds to run my VIN? I brought my SUV here for repair since it works with Gieco. First the girl in the front was very nice, I got my rental but had to return it within an hr since it was not car seat friendly. Gieco rep was nice but the caliber collision rep that went with us outside did not introduce herself. Just went around my vehicle circling the damage that SHE thought was part of the accident. I got my vehicle early, but I had to bring it back. The paint job was horrible! Had to bring it back so that could do the drivers side. This time I was helped by Joe, he's nice and kept me updated on the repair. Wished I got him as my rep the first time. Within a week from thiday, I noticed the hood and passenger side door is has warped paint on it. Now I have to take somewhere else to fix it. I should have listened to the reviews, go someplace else. 6/5/2019 After I posted this review, I was immediately called by Vanessa. Caliber provided me with another rental equal size of my SUV. After two weeks, I went to pick up my vehicle, they fixed the paint plus got rid of a dent that was not part of the accident. Big turn around from first visit. I initially was involved in a hit and run on my birthday. I was referred to Caliber by my insurance company and immediately Caliber got me scheduled for repair. The staff at Centennial and North 5th Street in Las Vegas were outstanding!! I was able to retrieve my brand new car of six months back swiftly and my life rhythm went back to normal. In exactly a week after getting my car back, I was parked in a parking lot, as I opened my driver door, the 4X4 Jeep parked next to me decided to back up as my door was open. The teeth of the Jeep's tire snatched my door off it's hinges making it impossible to close the door. Back to another agonizing claim - except - Carlos was able to avoid that step, not only saving me a deductible, but creating a fan for Caliber. My car door was put properly back on it's hinges and my car is back to normal. Although having car issues is always inconvenient, Carlos and the staff at Caliber made the inconvenience bearable, especially the second round in exactly a week from the previous incident. I HIGHLY recommend this auto body shop, they had my car looking brand spanking new BOTH times! This incident goes back to 2014 when my Range Rover was involved in a hit n run to the front passenger corner panel and front grill. I mistakenly took my vehicle to Caliber. They drove my vehicle out after they said it was all done. I inspected the bodywork and front brush grill and noticed the entire brush grill w/bumper was sliding in and out. After receiving it a second time, had to take it back again for the same problem. Nothing was done to secure all the bolts. I had to get them to redo this problem 2 more times. To make matters worst, they denied my rental while this was being worked on due to their fault. Present time. My right corner bumper was hit at the mall. My friend who is a mechanic was able to get a bumper replacement. While replacing, we noticed a lot of the screws and bolts were either missing and/or replaced with random screws and bolts. It was evident, Caliber did a half ass job. I would definitely recommend this place to my worst enemies!!! YELP, please start the ratings with 0 star. read more

Terrible customer service. Simply asked about future appt Dec 7 for repairs. Asked can I get an estimated time frame for repair. Answer today. Car not on property. Can't give estimate. I then asked if supply chain issues with parts for my car. I made appt over a month ago. Again, the only answer was my car wasn't on property. Service advisor then said she was an adult, didn't need to answer anymore, and HUNG UP. I had an issue I thought we resolved when I first brought car in a month ago. I thought it was resolved.
