Where do I start? During one of the many snow storms we had in the past few weeks I got a little rowdy behind the wheel, which ended up causing some concerning damage to my vehicle. Anywhere from suspension, to body work. My car was in need of some TLC ASAP. In the past I have serviced my car at a multitude of places. Never had I felt it was necessary to give a dealership a review for something they do on a day to day basis. Caliber Collision on the other hand earned it. From when the tow truck driver dropped it off, to day to day communication, to picking the vehicle up with a clean interior/ exterior, which is important to me. I had a bid with in a matter of a day or so, both an insurance bid, as well as a customer paid bid. I felt the staff was knowledgeable which also led me to believe they knew what they were doing, and I could trust them with the work I was provided. They did all they did to get me back on the road, and keep things realistically, affordable. I have lived in west Madison for over 10 years and was referred to this shop by a co-worker shortly after arriving....and I thank that person often. Whether it has been a parking lot incident, teenage driver digs and dents, project car or, most recently, car theft and resulting damage, Paul and his staff at the Madison West Towne location have been great. Their attention to detail, customer service, communication and genuine caring regarding your vehicle and situation is exceptional. I would not and will not go anywhere else for my auto body needs. These people are AMAZING!!!!! The trim on my 2000 Oldsmobile became partially separated from the body so the car couldn't be safely driven. I called and spoke with Lisa who told me to come right over (my husband had used some Gorilla Tape and wire to temporarily hold the trim in place). She and the General Manager Paul were waiting for me. Paul went right out to the car, got on the ground to examine the problem and said he thought he had something that would work -- and he did! He was able to secure both the passenger and driver side trims with clamps. I couldn't be more pleased with the job he did, and his and Lisa's professionalism and courteousness and pleasantness. My 2017 Kia Sorento was bumped into on one of our recent snowy days. The driver had Geico insurance, and I contacted them that afternoon. Troy, the Geico adjuster, offered me an appointment the next day. At Caliber the next morning, I was greeted by Lisa in a friendly and professional manner, and then handed off to Andrew, my service advisor for a quick review of the work to be done. I was updated regularly by text, which I loved, and was able to pick up my Sorento 2-3 days early! The rental car provided by Geico was waiting for me when I arrived on Friday, and I just dropped it off when I picked up on Tuesday...so easy!! I am recommending Caliber Collision West Towne because for one thing, they are close proximity to where I live, I can walk there. I am so pleased with the reception I receive on the phone when I call, as well as, kindness of the staff in explaining details for the repair, and the quick turnaround of the repair I needed for my car because of an upcoming trip. This place is outstanding from the people that work there to service they performed. I had taken my car there for 2 claims. I was feeling really bad because I had to file 2 claims with my Insurance company with very high deductibles so I felt like my Insurance company had failed me. My daughter opened our car door into a bike handle. I called to make an appointment and they were able to get me in right away. They looked at the scratch and gave me a quote on the spot explaining their step by step process. Scott actually recommended that it wouldn't be worth the money to fix such a little scratch. He then went into the back and found the matching paint and painted the scratch for me. While it was drying he went around and buffed out another scratch we had on a door. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I truly appreciate the team at Caliber Collision. They fixed my baby(Van) so fast. I was really shocked. My van was hit while it was parked in front of my building. My vehicle was then towed to their shop and from the moment they received my van the communication began. I was update everyday on the progress of my Van. What a great experience!! ---- The time and concern showed was so refreshing in this world today........From the reception woman to Scott dealing with my car. This place is awesome! I am surprised it does not have more reviews! They are very professional, and friendly, and accommodating! Most important they did a great job repairing my Prius. Their work has a lifetime warranty for the life of the car. They used to be Abra, but Caliber bought them out and they kept all the previous employees that worked at Abra. (I had worked with Abra in the past.) The fact that they kept all the previous employees, also says a lot about their integrity has a company. When we brought our Car in for Repair, Rebecca took care of us from beginning to end. The Manager also was very welcoming and also followed up to let us clearly understand the process. Rebecca kept in touch regularly following up quickly keeping the whole repair running smoothly including working with the insurance company. My car car looked like it might have needed a new front bumper after I rearended a car in front of me. Got an appointment scheduled quickly and had it looked at. To my surprise, all that had to be done to it was for it to be readjusted slightly and it would be good as new. They man gave it a new screw and said it was done. He didn't even have me pay him anything. And he sent me on my way. That easily could have saved me nearly $2,000. Definitely going to come back if something were to happen. read more

Outstanding service!! Our Chrysler Pacifica lost its full length lower trim piece to a curb yesterday. It was torn from the vehicle but sustained only some minor damage. I took the car and trim piece to Caliber to get an estimate today. To my utter amazement service manager Paul reattached it right there in the parking lot. I was utterly amazed. Great customer service! Paul Emerson, the General Manager, helped me with a minor car repair and was so kind and prompt in getting it fixed. Rather than a long written insurance estimate for a scrape down the side of my car, he grabbed a rag and some compound, buffed it out on the spot and sent me on my way. I used Caliber for the second time this summer. Both times employees were very friendly and helpful. The first time they fixed some trim on my car for less than $200. I was thinking it was going to be much more expensive. I was relieved. The second time involved repairs needed after I was rear-ended. I talked to Scott about my rear door bowing out a little. (Somebody may have backed out of the garage with his door open). He said to bring it over right away. I took my car in and they straightened the door back to looking like new! It didn't take them much time and they did it for FREE.
