Warranty work. -3rd repair reported 05/25. Paint peeling off for third time. Will not provide rental car. Per Rick. Blaming insurance company for not supporting correct piece needed for repair of rear bumper. My wife's car was rear ended. Not providing rental car during repair work is just wrong. The accident wasn't our fault yet we are the ones liable ?? Not a Yelp person to complain however "buyer beware". Feel they are not holding themselves liable. I'd give negative stars if I could, they've had my car for over 2 weeks now. Last week they called to tell me everything was fine and good to go and they would be starting on my car beginning of this week, but this morning I got a call from a insurance saying that my car was completely totaled. They lied to me about having a full estimate and that they had fully looked over the vehicle. They couldn't even have the decency to apologize or attempt to acknowledge that their colleague had made a HUGE mistake. The Caliber Collision Center in Littleton delivered an absolute wonderful experience when my SUV was rear-ended as the result of a careless driver. I made an initial appointment with Caliber because my insurance company informed me that they were a "direct repair" shop, guaranteed all of their work for the life of the vehicle, and in my particular circumstance through State Farm, used OEM parts. My experience involved an initial appointment where I worked with Mark Dunning, their Service Advisor, who walked me through the process of repairing my vehicle, as well as the expectations of service and timelines. Mark was extremely professional, laid back, and thorough in explaining the type of work needing to be done as well as previous damage (small door dings) not caused by the accident. After walking around my car with me, speaking to the rear end damage he saw, and next steps, I felt confident leaving my vehicle in Caliber's hands. I received an estimate shortly after speaking with Mark from April Riley, the Office Manager, which promised repairs within two weeks of my drop off date. Mark and I were concerned about frame damage, given the way my SUV was hit, so I appreciated how quickly the shop was able to take apart my bumper and provide me with a complete estimate within two business days- alleviating those frame damage concerns. Over the next two weeks, I received calls from Mark every three business days providing updates on the repairs, and outlining difficulties the shop had which included receiving the wrong part at one point, but seemingly caused no delay in the overall process. When my repairs were complete, I was notified the day before my promise date, and I was able to arrange pickup and drop off with my car rental (Enterprise). Upon arriving, I was greeted by John who was very kind in thanking me for my business, provided a detailed outline of the work done, and who answered my follow up questions before walking me to my car. I'm very happy with the repairs Caliber performed, and was pleasantly surprised to find that my car had been washed, detailed, and protected with a specialized floor mat in the driver's seat preventing dirt on my mats. Overall, I would highly recommend Caliber Collision based on their staff's professionalism, their ability to explain my repair and timelines, their ability to follow through on their promised dates, and the overall state of my car before the accident versus receiving it repaired (which you can't even tell that there was damage at all!). What began as a stressful experience having my vehicle compromised and feeling anxious about the extent of the damage, became a smooth stress-free process which was absolutely due their team. I brought my 2015 Toyota 4Runner to Caliber Collision as the clear coat was peeling.  I met with John Witherspoon to look at the warranty work, and they were able to get me right in to repair the paint.  John kept me up to date on the repairs and what was going on. They made the repairs and had me back in my 4Runner early.  I have been coming to this Caliber Collision Repair shop for at least 25 years, and they have always treated me like family.  My car comes out looking better and cleaner than I dropped it off.  While working with the shop and interacting with the employees, everyone had nothing but good things to say about their supervisor, John Witherspoon.  They all said he treats them with respect, always gets his hands dirty when they are busy, and buys breakfast burritos for the staff on Fridays. Had a great experience, car was parked in a parking lot. Was side swiped, insurance company had Caliber on their preferred list very close to me. Called, made an appointment for an estimate on a Monday, met with Lisa, she said she would let me know, a couple of hours later, she said they would be able to fix it. We were able to schedule. Dropped the car off the next day, and my car was ready on Friday!!! It is beautiful, better then the rest of the car Steve the technician that worked on it was amazing!!!! I had taken my daughter's vehicles to Caliber Collision, but never my own. Three days after Christmas thieves broke into my car by shattering the passenger door window. They tore apart the steering column and the ignition. Before shattering the window they also tried sticking something into the key hole on the drivers side door. My car was not drivable. My insurance company (USAA) had my car towed to caliber collision in Littleton. They called me once my car arrived there and texted me throughout the entire process(estimate of repairs, date of completion estimate, repair updates, final cost, and when my vehicle was finished and ready for pick up) originally I was told it would take approximately 30 days to complete all repairs. So, I was very surprised when I received a text less than 2 weeks later saying my car was finished! They repaired the key hole on the drivers door, replaced the passenger window with the exact tint color, replaced the broken parts of the ignition and the steering column. They also detailed(vacuumed everywhere and wiped everything down) inside of my vehicle to ensure there was no glass anywhere. They took great care of all of my belongings inside the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision in Littleton to all my family and friends. We will continue taking our vehicles there for any future repairs. read more

This is the ONLY place to go for collision repair! I was referred to Caliber Collision by my insurance company, USAA, and am exceptionally pleased that they did. USAA had already done an estimate of the damage repair and Caliber had all of the information. Allan, with whom we worked, was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and explained very carefully everything that would be done as we took a tour around the vehicle. I asked about having them do additional repairs and he advised us NOT to do them given the age and general condition of the car. That kind of honesty is hard to find nowadays. From the outset, Allan made me feel like a valuable customer and that our vehicle was in good hands. Throughout the process he kept us informed of the status of the repair, so that we always new how far it had progressed. Caliber completed the repairs two weeks early! When I went to pick it up today my expectations were high but they were greatly exceeded by the appearance of the car. The entire front end looked brand new! When I climbed in, I found that they had cleaned and detailed the interior, something I would never have expected, since there was no damage to the interior. I was rear ended in the beginning of July and had to go through their insurance for repairs. Once I got my car in, Jared and Alicia were on top of it. They both always kept me updated on what was going on. I honestly expected my car to be there longer but it wasn't even a full week. I would not do business with this company. I was going to get my hail damage fixed but changed my mind during the time it took to get in to get in to get it fixed. I never took my car in. The insurance company sent them a check but I did not have work done yet TWO MONTHS later I cannot get my $5000 back from them! I obviously do not trust them! They keep promising they 'will find it' but its dead-ended in some upper management office. They can't seem to keep track of what they are doing. I prefer to go to a place that is organized. If they can't follow the money, how can they figure out how to fix my car for the amount agreed? No, I didn't have work done there and I won't. read more

About a month ago I had a very extensive 13.5k hail damage repair/roof replacement done to my truck. Cons- trim is falling off everywhere, missing trim around windshield, lots of missing rubber stops in door, My new truck aside from zero hail damage is now worse off than it was dropping it off to them. Truck was repaired in a timely matter, however it's been done half-ass and now requires to go back and have them do it the right way. Pros- customer service and interaction with manager has been great getting all loose ends figured out and scheduling a rework. Unfortunately doesn't reflect the work Hopefully it is put back together properly in the same condition I gave it to them after the second time. These problems with any amount of work are uncalled for in my opinion and shouldn't even be a worry to the customer. Would not recommend at all read more

I referred a friend of mine to take her car to Caliber, after using them twice before I was confident that they would be the best option for some repairs to her car. She had a few different instances of damage (one of which I am responsible for-Bummer!) and after I saw the quote, I had some questions. Being that I am partially financially responsible for the cost of one of the repairs I wanted to call and discuss it with the estimator. I called and the first time they couldn't find the name to look up the estimate. I called back and had to provide the last 6 digits of the vin, they were finally able to find my friends name, HOWEVER for some reason they couldn't locate the same estimate (different dollar amount) than what I had a copy of..... Hm... I asked for Tony (the estimator) to call me back and left my #. No one called me back. I called AGAIN. I wasn't understanding the quote, how on earth it was 5 hours to fix a bumper... No, I don't understand what has to be done because I am not a body shop-if I was I wouldn't be on the phone. Tony must have felt that my questions were beneath him because he started talking over me and cutting me off. I let him know that he was being rude to me and the reason they had this business was because I referred someone to them, by asking questions that in itself doesn't constitute as "rude", perhaps its more an issue of being defensive???? I also let Tony know that if this is his threshold for rudeness then perhaps he should be in another line of work were he doesn't need to explain what "repairs" need to happen. Odd thing, when people have to pay for something (big ticket anyways) they usually want to know exactly what they are paying for. CRAZY huh? I ended up getting on the phone with Tony's boss, who quite frankly didn't seem to give two shits that the guy was rude to me. AWESOME! Is it because I'm a chick? Is it because the guys a jerk? I met with Brandon at the shop for about 10 minutes, he took some pictures and told me they would shoot an estimate over in a couple of hours. I called a day later after no email estimate and left a message to please call me. I Never heard back so I called again a few days later and spoke with a female who said it's not complete and she would have Brandon call me when he returned from lunch. Hello! My name is Patricia Acquaro and I've been a resident of Green Mountain in Lakewood, Colorado for over 25 years. During my time here, I've run into my fair share of weather related damages (hail, rocks, etc.) and poor driving (not my mistake) with the three vehicles I, my husband and daughter have owned (own). Currently, my Volvo S60 has received very poor body repair work as well very disappointing customer service with Caliber Collision's staff. My latest issue today, for example, is as follows: After being notified that the replacement parts arrived and please bring in my car for a 40 minute span of time that was needed to quickly and effectively finally fix my car (never mind they didn't fix it right the first time). I arrived at Caliber, after standing at the reception desk for 10 minutes while the very un-happy looking receptionist finished with a phone call I eventually had to ask another employee within earshot to let someone know I was there for my 10AM appointment. I felt I had to practically be for someone to help me and I was the only customer there! So, another 10 minutes went by then Lisa came out and asked for my keys and that they can start working on my car. Ok, great I thought it's already 20 minutes past the scheduled appt. time but hey, they were FINALLY going to fix my car. After another 15 minutes goes by, then, Lisa comes back to the waiting room to tell me that all the parts were NOT there and I'd need to reschedule, AGAIN, AFTER BEING TOLD THEY HAD THE PARTS TO FIX IT AT THIS PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. No apologies, were offered, just "I'll call you again, and you'll have to come back, again, on another day off from work. Thanks for nothing Caliber Collision. After they have received over $20,000 in business from us over the years, you should expect better service. But no. I will never suggest anyone to use this auto body shop and will be notifying my insurance company my experiences with them. read more

If I could give them a zero, I would. They had my car for three weeks and returned it without completing all of the billed work. They then had it for another week and returned the car with new scratches and an uneven paint spot on one part of the car. Shoddy work, poor follow-up and I now have to go to another body shop to correct their work. read more

Our brand new Acura RDX got caught in that awful hail storm and just about destroyed it. We heard Caliber was an excellent place to have the car fixed, so we waited 2 months just to get in there. Well, we are glad we did. They did an excellent job and the car looks just as good as the day we bought it. The people we dealt with were very professional and personable, and we would definitely recommend them. Two days after we got our car back, we noticed two little spots. They were not there when we got the car, so this happened while we were in possession.
