He said let me go talk to my manager about this. I waited just a minute and the manager came out (he gave no name) and asked what he could do for me. Here is where it got interesting.. I told him who I was and that my fleet vehicle was backed into I read him the email, which stated "Here is the GRP shop that I found. Please reach out and setup an appointment to have a manual estimate written on your Farmers Fleet vehicle. You can inform the shop that Farmers pretty much treats this as a Self-Pay, and will issue a onetime payment once they receive the final estimate. . Please advise if you have any issues with the process." The manager said "Tell them to send a direct assignment as we are a guaranteed repair shop for Farmers". I explained again that this was a Farmers fleet vehicle, it is not a Farmers auto insurance policy and they would be paying the shop directly after the estimate is received. He said "We WONT' be doing that". At which turn, I said, you won't do it at all? and he said NO we won't its to aggravating, with emphasis on the Won't and No. Rude doesn't begin to describe it, all while pointing fingers at signs and myself. I said ok and walked out. I was extremely nice to both the young man and the manager, introducing myself to both individuals. Now here is my issue.... 1. Not one time did he say, let me go take a look at it really quick and see what you have. 2. He had an extremely bad attitude so the reviews I see where they treat you like family....I'm glad I'm not in their family. 3. There was never a point where he said or asked for the adjuster's number to verify the email and their particular process and how I would be getting paid for services rendered and how long the process would take. I only went there because our 3rd party administrator said it was the shop nearest my house in La Grange. I found the man to be rude and I will NEVER go back to CARSTAR Parker's Body Shop & Collision. If you like to be talked to in a rude crass way, this is your place. If I could have given a negative, I would have.

After filing a claim with my insurance company I was directed to go to this body shop for the repairs and vehicle rental. I could tell immediately that this shop was a place that does high quality work! As soon as I entered I was greeted by a friendly and enthusiastic receptionist who was expecting my arrival. Before I knew it I was out the door with my rental vehicle keys in hand! During the course of time it took to repair my van I was in constant text message contact with the shop, informing me about every step of the process. When I returned to pick up my newly repaired vehicle, the manager himself walked me around the vehicle and explained everything that was done to my van, and he was absolutely correct, he does have "artists" working for him! The bumper, fender and tail gate looked as if nothing happened to it at all in the first place! I highly recommend this body shop!

Since the car is a deep red, it stuck right out and made me angry each time I saw it. Due to the placement, estimates from bodyshops were $700-$900. Lloyd gave me some options including an economical one that would not be factory finish, but would make it much less noticeable. For literally less than 1/10th the cost, he did an excellent job!! Not only did he fix the clearcoat, but he took the dent out as well. From a distance it is totally imperceptible. Close up, it takes few scans to find it. He also buffed out some spots on my hood to perfection. Like I have seen in his other reviews, he definitely stands behind his work and told me upfront that he would not accept payment unless I was fully and completely satisfied. He is just a couple miles off 540 in Wendell (minutes from Raleigh). It is definitely worth the drive. Integrity, extremely skilled and economical; he is the complete package. Anytime I need or are asked for recommendations for bodywork; it will be Lloyd.

On a recommendation from my mechanic, I went to Lloyd, and was totally impressed. For far less than a regular body shop would have cost (I expect they would have simply ordered a new fender) he was able to fix everything so you would never know it had ever been damaged. And he cleaned up some other cosmetic issues, too, without being asked and for no charge. Its a longish drive for me to get to his place, but well worth it. He's very pleasant, easy to talk with, and did a wonderful job for me. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again, should I need them.

I normally NEVER write reviews like this but I received a call a few days after my purchase from someone at the dealer asking about my experience. I went into great detail with her, she sounded very concerned and assured me she would be speaking to her manager & get back to me. I've not heard from her since - so much for customer service. I was asked to setup an appointment to see the car I was interested in, so they could be "mindful of my time". When I arrived nobody knew who I was, what car I was interested in or even that I was coming. After waiting over 4 hours in a small sales trailer with anywhere from 12-15 people at a time, we finally had to threaten to leave if we couldn't get an answer about the financing. Then with having nearly perfect credit - the rate was a joke. Thankfully the finance manager was able to get it lowered after I let them know I was already approved elsewhere at a lower rate. Finally all the paperwork was signed we were ready to go. BUT not so fast - my car was getting 2 new tires which weren't in stock, so we needed to take a dealer car. During all this wait time that car should have been prepared to go - plate put on, gas filled up - NOPE - we had to wait more for all that to happen. After about 5.5 hours we then were able to leave. My car was supposed to be ready the following afternoon for pickup. My salesman called Friday afternoon letting me know the car would not be ready for pickup until Monday. I let him know I was not able to pickup the car on Monday, the dealership is 45 minutes away, he agreed at that time the car could be delivered to me Monday without a problem. I received another call Saturday afternoon asking me if I could stop what I was doing & bring the dealer car back right away - apparently someone had made an appointment to see it but couldn't since it was given to me. I advised that was not convenient for me - but they were more than welcome to come get it & leave another car for me. About an 1.5 hours later someone showed up from the dealership, with no notice, to swap out the cars. This entire scenario in my opinion was completely unprofessional & shows the lack of organization at this dealership. On Monday early afternoon I contacted the salesman to get a time the car would be delivered. I was told it would be ready to pick up at 5 - so I mentioned the previous discussion where I was told the car would be brought to me. The salesman proceeded to tell me that he was very busy and couldn't bring it himself but would see what he could do. At this point I was 100% over the entire situation & if I could have undone the entire sale I was prepared to do that. I let him know if the car could not be delivered to my house as we discussed by the following day then the deal was off. The salesman understood & the car was delivered by someone else that evening at 8PM.
