The technician did not use proper professional equipment (no vacuum/pressure system), and the result clearly shows that the repair was ineffective. Because of this failed repair, I have now been advised that the windshield can no longer be properly repaired and may require a full replacement. I have photos, video, and receipt showing the condition before and after, with no improvement at all. I am very disappointed with the service, especially from a company that claims to specialize in auto glass repair. This was not professional work. I contacted them to resolve the issue but received no response. I hope they take responsibility and address this situation. I cannot recommend this place.

Made a call to Top Auto Glass that works with RC Auto Glass and he arranged for him to meet me to repair my windshield that day to prevent the chip from turning into a crack and thus needing a full windshield replacement.
