The job ended up taking about eight hours due to a mechanical issue, and when I reviewed my receipt, I noticed the windshield tint (which I thought we had included) wasn't listed in the price. I'll take some of the responsibility for not asking for a written quote instead of relying on notes. This is a newer, family-run business, and Raymond clearly takes pride in his work and shop. I went on their website and loved that there was so many openings both in person and mobile service. I've never done their mobile service and thought that would be the best since I have 2 littles I didn't want to take them and have to wait in the lobby when they can just come to us and we can comfortably stay at home. There was an opening for next day service. They provide 2 time frames I chose the afternoon 1pm-6pm. I received an email confirmation and a text with the name of my assigned technician. The day of my appointment Alex called me and said he was about 25mins away and asked if the truck was parked in a shaded area. Alex arrived on time, he was professional, courteous and he very knowledgeable. He went over everything in detail and explained the process and possibilities. He worked for about 30mins! Alex did an amazing job! We went through our car insurance and had no deductibles. We had such a great experience! I've always liked working with safelite.
