I took my 2014 Toyota Tacoma for a repairs to the bumper. They never plugged in my fog light so I had to stop in the rain and plug it in. Also on the hood is a shadow to polish the hood (don't think it was ever polished). There is also too much of a gap on the bumper! They also put a pink automotive wax marker that was never removed; I dropped my car off washed! I waited 9 business days and 14 calendar days to get it fixed. I had no rental insurance. And now have to take it back. please fix this! read more

Caliber Collision has been the repair shop the last two times I've needed repairs. They are great about communication throughout the repair process and I was able to text them to ask questions as well. The shop worked very well with rental company to make that part of the process go smoothly. The repairs were done as expected and the car was clean and ready to go when we got it back. The shop made an effort to only have the car for the amount of time to get the repairs done, so our car was not sitting at the shop for longer than necessary. The customer service was always friendly and helpful, making the process feel easy. I would definitely recommend them and would be happy to use their services next time. read more

Let me start by saying these guys are REALLY good at TALKING & CONVINCING. Now when it actually comes to the quality of the work..not so good. Not only did I drive 15.5 hours to pick my car up (insurance made me keep it out of state) when I had made it to the location my car was NOT fixed correctly. The front bumper and headlight was not assembled safely nor correctly and was HANGING & had major GAP issues.. when I test drove my car, I noticed it had a lag in acceleration and not to mention the OIL STAIN marks ALL ALONG MY HEADLINER. MIND YOU THIS CAR IS A 2020, BRAND NEW - I HAD ONLY OWNED IT FOR 1 month prior to this accident - MY air conditioner now makes a noise when it is on that it didn't make before. What pushed me to make this review is when I called to discuss these things, he treated me as less important because I wasn't driving a Porsche..and that he used to work on Audi - KEY WORD USED - (WE PROBABLY KNOW WHY NOW) - well I have some news for Matt, even if this car was a1933 Volkswagen Bug I would want it to be repaired CORRECTLY & NOT LEFT WITH STAINS - CUSTOMER TO CUSTOMER EVEN IF IT IS THE INSURANCES MONEY DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR VEHICLE. read more

Our insurance company recommended this place for some body work. I was happy with the experience from the time I stepped into the office. Last Friday, we got rear ended in one of our cars. Since Caliber recently did a fantastic repair to our 2017 Jetta, I decided to ride the Harley over to see if they'd work on our other car. While we were working out schedules, I had asked if someone would give me a quote on bugging out some marks/scratches on my tank. Amazingly, the Mgr told me to pull me ride into the garage and the Tech buffed our the scratches for free!! My experience with the pros at Caliber has been extraordinary!!! read more

Then we had to bring the car back to get the Right parts and that took another 3 days along with another paint job because they used the wrong paint? Thumbs Down! read more

I would give them 10 stars if I could. You walk in to friendly and welcoming environment with popcorn, coffee, and water available while you wait. These people are fast, providing service within a day or two of calling. These people are FAIR- clear estimates that are explained to you by the technician. These people are HONEST- they don't try to oversell you and are up front about what needs to be fixed and what just would be nice to get fixed. They accept all insurance and worked with my company directly. The last time I went in, my silly car door handle clip slipped out of place. Instead of ordering the $300 part to replace it, they popped it back into place really quick, free of charge. Unreal. I will be returning for any future auto needs! read more

Took my vehicle there after a run in with a deer. It was one of the 'preferred' shops with my insurance company. Mistake. They said max of eleven days. Was then told they had missed something, then the wrong part. During the initial 11 day window, I asked if they could install a deer deterrent device(don't know if they work but thought I would give it a try). They said they wouldn't have enough time to do it. So my car sat there waiting for the correct parts and 21 days later, I finally got it back with no deterrent installed. They said they could keep the car and do it for me but there was no way I was leaving it there for longer now. Now, two months later, trim fell off my car!!!! On the interstate no less! I am certainly not taking it back there! I'd rather pay someone else to fix it than risk another three weeks. read more

Was rear ended with thousands of dollars of damage to the rear end of my vehicle. The lenses of both tail lights cracked in the same way. Somehow Caliber decided this was unrelated to the accident and refused to fix it. There were several other issues left unresolved as well. Anthony's communication was poor through the entire repair process and he was sexist and consdescending. Now having to utilize my own insurance to go elsewhere to have these issues resolved. read more

Caliber made 4 careless mistakes during the repair of my VW, which included paint problems and even mis-installed and broken interior parts. Each time I went back to have them correct a mistake, they made other mistakes in their rush to get things done. None of these errors were caught by their quality control person before the car was returned to me each time. Their customer service was very good, but their quality control and attention to detail were terrible. I had to complain to my insurance company about this shop and their repeated sloppiness. I will never return to Caliber for Automobile body repairs again. I was told it would take 10 days and it first took initially 30 days and the repairs were delayed time and again. Then my vehicle had to to go in three additional times because the repair shop and other workers did not make sure all work had been completed on my vehicle before giving it back to me. Total days spent having my vehicle's body work completed amounted to 35 days instead of the initial 10 days promised to me Karl one of the associates. I had to return to have a new window installed that was suppose to be installed in the first initial 10 days the vehicle was in their shop but unfortunately after 30 days was still not installed when I picked up my vehicle. The staff lack the Professionalism to be honest with customers and deliver on time with their work. I only hope no one else has to go through the headaches that I dealt with at Caliber Collision on Riverside Avenue in Fort Collins. Anthony the Auto body shop manager use to work for Import Auto body which was there before Caliber and Anthony has not changed since becoming in charge of Caliber.. There needs to be a change in staff and especially management altogether. Don't use the Fort Collins Caliber Collision location for your Auto body repair needs. read more
