I have always brought my vehicles to caliber collision over the years and have always had great experiences. Without going on endlessly, I'll just say that I always leave thinking, "Man, that's how good business is done." So we filed an insurance claim injury of our Audi. Some jerk took Out the left front of it with a plow and didn't have the decency to own up to their mistake. We also asked to have a bump and scratch fixed in the top right. All other work was completed beautifully. Great updates via text. I was shocked when we got it back, to see the scratch and dent are still there!? It's really tough for us to bring the car in. Nice people and great repair but time for a new shop. Sigh read more

My car was side swiped and I needed to get it repaired. I received two quotes, one for $4192 and one from Caliber Collision for $3100. They kept me informed everyday via text as to where they were in the process. Not only was my car done early, but the were able to buff out the damage lowering my price dramatically. Very disappointed about this company in Forest lake. I brought my car to they rapais, the progressive insurance autorize replaced the parts and they just try to recover the parts. The "professional" mess with my car, they have to do the service again. After a month they gave my car missing parts, I went to car wash and water came inside my car. I went there again and show to the manager what happened and he promises to solve to problem. I called to company 2 days ago, they said my car is ready and still missing parts, my car have stairs of paint. Anyways, the insurance pai already, I paid too and I am going to second month without my car. Jeep with just 3k miles. Extremely disappointed!!! read more

I came in for a repair of my bumper as someone had performed a hit and run on my car. I came in and spoke with Jay (if I remember correctly is his name). First he gives me a quote in the 2,000 range then brings it down to 1700. He says he can't go any lower than 1700 but my dad tells him (over the phone) that his truck that also needs repairs was estimated at 1700 with much worse damage at a different caliber collision. Simply put, it was a lot of confusion. With that being said Jay decides to leave the total around 1500-1600. Talk about unprofessional and just trying to haggle us for the most amount of money he can. Clearly he knew nothing about the price of the repairs he was going to perform as he kept changing the price and clearly just wanted the most he thought he could get from an unsuspecting female; I came by myself which was my biggest mistake. It's been many months at this point (got my car fixed in summer) I figured I would post this review as my dad said he still needed his truck to be repaired and that he didn't want me to leave a bad review. At this point I think he can go somewhere else that won't rip him off. read more

I had a front grill repair that had to be done and the process starting with the very friendly front desk coordinator started my process with letting me know how the repair evaluation was going to proceed and I did not request a rental but she called and made sure that I would have a car which was great on such short notice. The estimator for my vehicle was Jill Revard and she did a excellent job of taking me to the shop and showing me what damage is present and the steps that will be taken to make sure my vehicle will be taken care of in a timely manner, which by the way saved me $$$ by going out of her way to pick up a part that I would had to wait for. I would like to say that the excellent customer service from the start of the process and being updated through the entire process gave me a piece of mind that Caliber Collision has a professional group of people that care about there customers and my Lexus looks fantastic so the guys in the shop really did a great job !!!!!!! and if you care about the environment this company is up to date with there green processes. my daughter made an appointment months in advance, sent them pictures of damage and vin#, which they could not find until she showed up for appointment. she had the week over Christmas break to get the work done. in the four days they had the car they ordered parts, that's it. they wanted us to make another appointment a month later for another 4-5 days. very disrespectful of a persons time and availability. went to a different auto body shop for a much better experience. read more
