As this issue is ongoing I will make updates as needed. Our vehicle was initially towed to Caliber Collision Manayunk on August 20, 2025, and transferred to the Feasterville location, which could begin repairs sooner. Our original completion date was September 12th. I received a message from the repair shop stating that all parts were out of the paint department and that our car was moving into the reassembly phase. We were told the vehicle was "complete" and scheduled for tow back to Manayunk on September 12th. Due to limited towing availability, that transfer was postponed to September 15th. However we received a call on the 15th that before the car could be returned, we were informed that Allstate identified incorrect parts on the vehicle that would need to be reclassified as "upgrades" in their system which they do not allowed. (Not completely sure who is at fault here between the repair shop and insurance as this is not my area of expertise) While we understood that this was outside Caliber's control, it extended our repair timeline by another week--difficult for our one-car household. Soon after, we learned that additional parts, including the bumper, sensors, and sunroof, were delayed or on back order. It was confusing to be told the car was "complete" when the sunroof was still missing an item that wasn't mentioned in the items All State requested to be replaced. From this point forward, communication began to break down. Calls and texts often went unanswered for hours or even days. When I finally reached Nicole, she explained that the rearview camera wasn't working and that multiple vendors were on-site attempting to resolve the issue. Despite her effort to offer a deductible discount for the inconvenience, delays continued. On September 30th, I was told the vehicle was ready and being towed back to Manayunk. Upon inspection, Andrew from the Manayunk team conducted a quality check and identified additional issues. The regional manager instructed that the vehicle be towed back to Feasterville for corrections on October 1st. After those adjustments, it was returned again on October 3rd. However, when we arrived for pickup, we immediately noticed several repairs were still incomplete. During a test drive, the check engine light came on, and the auto start-stop feature failed to work. We left the car at the Manayunk location once more, expecting those issues to be addressed. Instead, the vehicle was quietly towed back to Feasterville on October 13th without any prior notice to us. We only learned of this after calling for an update. It is now mid-October--nearly two months without our car--and this repair remains unresolved. Adding to the frustration, the rental car coverage promised to be extended through Caliber was not fully honored, leaving us with an unexpected bill despite assurances that it would be covered. While some staff members, like Chris and Andrew, were courteous and tried to assist, the overall experience has been disorganized, poorly communicated, and extremely inconvenient. We trusted Caliber Collision to handle this process professionally, but repeated delays and lack of transparency have made this one of the most stressful customer experiences we've had. We hope Caliber takes this feedback seriously and improves coordination, communication, and accountability across locations to prevent other customers from going through something similar. read more

Worst service by them. Too much delay and employees attitude was very rude. No proper answer by them. Employee name Chris was very nasty that he shouts on clients while asking for repair status of the car. And he orders us to call us back to know the status. When we ask him you guys need to call me responsibly what is the status then he reply that don't teach my job. He is very rude and nasty. They need to train employees properly otherwise it will be a big problem for there business in future. read more

They give u the wrong date and can't hold up their end of the date they give for your car to be ready. The guy Cody kept giving dates the car would be ready and couldn't get it ready, always an excuse as to why it wasn't, then Cameron gave me on Friday a definite it would be ready on Monday which is yesterday and yet here we are on Tuesday and it still isn't ready. Only to be called today and told that THEY SCRATCHED MY CAR AND HAVE TO REPAIR IF AS THEY SHOULD ONLY FOR IT TO BE DELAYED YET ANOTHER day.... When I called to speak to someone they were in meetings then they gave me a number to call to talk to I guess the boss Rob and the number was not a direct number to reach him ... very unprofessional group of individuals .. that can't hold up their word .... Very angry to say the least !!! read more

General Manager Anthony V. and service advisor Jeremy G. were outstanding. The claim was filed through the striking party's insurance and these guys made the assache of body shop work easy. I can't say the same for the liable insurance company (Geico ). Communications were on point as my ride was going through the process of being repaired. Highly recommend this team for auto body work. read more

Caliber Collision - Body Shops Near Me - Feasterville-Trevose, Pennsylvania

Just before I left Pennsylvania for Illinois I was driving my wife's car and the right side car door and mirror of her Fiat 500 was damaged by someone who did a hit and run from the car park I was in. I took the car to Caliber Collision and Keith Hansen was absolutely amazing. It was the first time I had to deal with a collision repairer in the USA as I am originally from Australia and I thought it was going to be an extremely stressful process but Keith made it so comfortable and easy. There was so much care and attention in the whole repair process from the time I enquired about getting the car repaired, getting the quotation, dealing with insurance, dropping the car off to get repaired and then picking up the car. I was told the car would be ready in 10 days and it was done in 7 days. I was ecstatic!!! My wife says the car door feels better than at any time she has owned the car and it has been over 3 months since the car was repaired. Keith stayed in contact with me while he had the car and it was reassuring to see how efficient and reliable he and Caliber Collision are. I have no hesitation in recommending Caliber Collision and make sure you speak to Keith to help you out. read more

Brought my car here twice and they impressed me both times. The job was amazing...the painting, the color and they touched up other areas surrounding the main job. The work is the best I've seen in decades and the customer service is fantastic. I've dealt with Keith both times and he is awesome. He explained everything to me so I can understand. He called me to keep me updated with the job. He is just amazing!!! Also, they provided service where I was able to pick up and drop off the rental there. The first time was with Enterprise and the second time was with Hertz. The services that This place offers is just great and the convenience is there for people like me that work. read more

Great Crew Highly Recommend! Anthony and his team are full of help and experience

These guys are FANTASTIC!!! Keith is wonderful, as is everyone there. They made something that had a bad start (like any accident) into a very pleasant experience. Keith updated me daily, they finished the work EARLY and did a GREAT job!! I will recommend them to anyone who needs an auto body shop and I will go there whenever I need work done! Oh! They also coordinated the rental car, so I didn't have to go to the rental place at all! AMAZING customer service!! read more

My car was hit while parked in front of my house and my insurance company recommended caliber collision it was the best recommendation ever. They went above and beyond to get my car fixed, and back to me in better condition that before. My repair work involved painting and they even informed me on the care of the car after I took it home. Everything was done and work is guaranteed for as long as I own my car which is great considering my car is practically brand new. Will be recommending. read more
