I took my almost brand new car here back in the beginning of August 2022 after someone rear ended me that was not my fault (2021 IS 350 F Sport Lexus). I had spoke with my insurance company who suggested two different places, however, these particular places were not taking anyone due them being so swamped because of COVID and parts being on back order. So I send my car here. Mind you, this place kept my car for THREE MONTHS! I never got it back until November. I never complained to them because I knew everything was on back order. Fast forward to the end of June 2024. I noticed my paint is starting to chip (please see pics). If someone does a good paint job, there is no way it should be chipping within a year and 8 months! I kindly call up East Coast to let them know my paint is chipping and the lady has the nerve to tell they would likely not fix it for free because it was likely from debri. No ma'am it is not! She then said she had not been in the office the whole week because she was trying to retire and I could bring it in the following week sometime. First off, why are you trying to make me feel bad about you retiring for the faulty paint job you all did?!? So I brought it in on Tuesday July 2,2024 around 1130. No one is there. I call and the lady says the man is out going to get some supplies and should be back in an hour. I left returned at 1 pm. Still no one there. I left again. I came back to East Coast two more times and even by 230pm no one was there! I proceeded to call my insurance company who said they would reach out to her to see if she would get in contact with me to fix it and the lady has yet to call me. I even called the insurance company again today to clarify and see if they had reached out to her. They said they had, but again, she has not called me at all. I took my car to someone else and the guy working there actually pointed out other faulty things they had done that I never even noticed when I picked my car up in November 2022. Probably because I was just so happy to have it back after 3 months! See pics below! The paint on the back is running. The rear end on the side that was hit is not even lined up correctly! Smh. They had my car THREE MONTHS! And still did a crappy job! Now I got to pay out of pocket over 1000$ to get all of this fixed. I wouldn't go to them EVER AGAIN

On Monday morning I dropped the car off (only one person was there and he did not know that my car was scheduled for drop off and I had to walk around the lot to find him). I informed them I have had no repairs on the car since I've purchased it in 2020 besides when they worked on it in 2023. The lady was like well someone tried to repair it at some point and it failed. Mind you all... I hit a deer. It's like that part got thrown out the window completely. Then she just kept dismissing my confusion and said come get your car and return the rental or you'll be charged for it. I went to enterprise to drop the rental off they were surprised and said they didn't receive any message about me having to bring it back. Thankfully they gave me a ride back to caliber. When I arrived they legit handed over my keys without checking for ID or anything. And didn't give me no paperwork or estimate to have it looked elsewhere. Just honestly a completely lack of care in my opinion. Will never return to them. Your job is to fix the car... can't even do that.

I live up near Raleigh but work down in Fayetteville and called this location because Raleigh and Fuquay couldn't get me in for awhile and this was way easier to coordinate to drop it on my way to work. They were able to fit me in quickly and they work brilliantly with the Enterprise a block away so my rental experience was seamless. I've had Caliber repairs on former cars at the Wake Forest, NC location with good experiences and this location was no different. Tim was excellent! Kept me updated on my repair and got me back in my Mustang faster than expected. The repair was flawless and you can't even tell that someone hit me! Everyone was super friendly at this location even though they're always extremely busy!! SO happy to have my car back and EXTREMELY pleased with my repair and the team at Caliber. Highly recommend if you have to get bodywork done.

I'll start off by saying that the owners and staff were great. They support veterans and do what…read morethey can to help them out. They even dropped me off at home when I dropped my truck off. The two stars is reflective of the actual workmanship. My truck was there for about a month to have the passenger side bed panel replaced. On one occasion I came to grab an item out of my vehicle while they were working on it and found that my truck tailgate bumper and bed were all in different places. The tailgate was actually sitting on the ground in the dirt which would explain why it now has two new scratches on it. My toolbox was not bolted back down in the bed after they were done. I brought it back the next day to have them do it. They left the power cable for my drag up tank hanging free under the truck. They used a buffer on my door emblem and buffed lettering and paint off of it. They retuned my truck to me with rust all on the bed, tons of dirt, and a sonic cup someone had for lunch. There's a tailgate bumper that wasn't replaced. I literally just keep finding more things and I've only had my truck back for a matter of hours. I honestly wish I'd never taken it in for paint. I'm severely disappointed. This job was over $2700 and I have to take my truck somewhere else to have it done right.

My car was rear ended, Cross Creek Paint and Body had my car almost a month. After picking the car up we were hearing a noise coming from the rear of the vehicle during right hand turns. Johnny the owner said he could not hear the sound, said it could be the car seat in the back, really? Car seat was taken out and they still did not hear the sound, really? Had a problem with the car pulling to the right after picking up and was told it was because of our tires were worn. I asked, "are the tires worn evenly"? Yes was the answer to my question. Therefore, if my tires were worn excessively but not worn unevenly, I never had an alignment issue because Johnny stated to the BBB that my tires would not pass NC state inspection but tires last at least 30,000 miles and the car has 64,000 miles on it and is 7 years old. Johnny was given permission from the insurance company to have the alignment checked and he did. Johnny stated no changes were made but I have the print out from the alignment and it shows before and after and there was a change made and the car no longer pulls to the right. Johnny stated that a rear end collision CAN NOT cause an alignment issue to the front of a vehicles alignment, really? Even a Panic stop can cause an alignment issue, having your foot on the brake and getting hit in the rear end from a car doing in excess of 20 miles of hour can also cause you an alignment issue, especially if you were pushed into a curb or a pot hole. I say, "Really" after my sentences because I took my car to a local shop in Raeford, NC and the mechanic immediately heard the noise from the rear end during right hand turns. The other individuals insurance company sent out an adjuster the same day we had our local mechanic drive the vehicle and the adjuster also heard the noise during right hand turns. The mechanic and the adjuster also pointed out that Cross Creek Paint and Body did not install Two screws out of a possible Three that hold my plastic wheel well onto the car, also pointed out and took photos that Three more screws were NOT installed on the rear bumper. I was told by the Owner Johnny that he didn't give an F if my car sat in the back of his shop for a month, he was done with "wasting" his time with my Kia Soul. I filed a BBB complaint and even though the last thing he said to me was he don't give a F if I put a sign on my truck and drive around and tell people to not go to his shop, he sure cares now because he responded to the BBB complaint and although his writing and response is not better than a 5th Grader, he tried to cover up for his short comings and his lack of detail when it came to repairing and returning a customers vehicle. Car owners be diligent and do your homework prior to taking your vehicle to a repair shop, even if the dealer recommends them. Lesson learned here. By the way, the interior of the car was a disaster, body work dust and film paste throughout the interior. My car is now repaired by my local mechanic and Johnny will find out exactly what he missed when I upload my documents to my BBB complaint. Happy hunting folks in surrounding Fort Bragg Area and I appreciate all the Serve and who have Served. Retired Army
