I'll start off by saying that the owners and staff were great. They support veterans and do what…read morethey can to help them out. They even dropped me off at home when I dropped my truck off. The two stars is reflective of the actual workmanship. My truck was there for about a month to have the passenger side bed panel replaced. On one occasion I came to grab an item out of my vehicle while they were working on it and found that my truck tailgate bumper and bed were all in different places. The tailgate was actually sitting on the ground in the dirt which would explain why it now has two new scratches on it. My toolbox was not bolted back down in the bed after they were done. I brought it back the next day to have them do it. They left the power cable for my drag up tank hanging free under the truck. They used a buffer on my door emblem and buffed lettering and paint off of it. They retuned my truck to me with rust all on the bed, tons of dirt, and a sonic cup someone had for lunch. There's a tailgate bumper that wasn't replaced. I literally just keep finding more things and I've only had my truck back for a matter of hours. I honestly wish I'd never taken it in for paint. I'm severely disappointed. This job was over $2700 and I have to take my truck somewhere else to have it done right.

So I send my car here. Mind you, this place kept my car for THREE MONTHS! I never got it back until November. I never complained to them because I knew everything was on back order. Fast forward to the end of June 2024. I noticed my paint is starting to chip (please see pics). If someone does a good paint job, there is no way it should be chipping within a year and 8 months! I kindly call up East Coast to let them know my paint is chipping and the lady has the nerve to tell they would likely not fix it for free because it was likely from debri. No ma'am it is not! She then said she had not been in the office the whole week because she was trying to retire and I could bring it in the following week sometime. First off, why are you trying to make me feel bad about you retiring for the faulty paint job you all did?!? So I brought it in on Tuesday July 2,2024 around 1130. No one is there. I call and the lady says the man is out going to get some supplies and should be back in an hour. I left returned at 1 pm. Still no one there. I left again. I came back to East Coast two more times and even by 230pm no one was there! I proceeded to call my insurance company who said they would reach out to her to see if she would get in contact with me to fix it and the lady has yet to call me. I even called the insurance company again today to clarify and see if they had reached out to her. They said they had, but again, she has not called me at all. I took my car to someone else and the guy working there actually pointed out other faulty things they had done that I never even noticed when I picked my car up in November 2022. Probably because I was just so happy to have it back after 3 months! See pics below! The paint on the back is running. The rear end on the side that was hit is not even lined up correctly! Smh. They had my car THREE MONTHS! And still did a crappy job! Now I got to pay out of pocket over 1000$ to get all of this fixed. I wouldn't go to them EVER AGAIN

On Monday morning I dropped the car off (only one person was there and he did not know that my car was scheduled for drop off and I had to walk around the lot to find him). No one contacted me for updates so on Thursday I stopped by to check on the progress and nothing had been done. Nothing. Also, the same guy was again the only one at the shop and said he wasn't sure what was going on because he wasn't the paint guy. I'm beyond disappointed. As much as I hate writing bad reviews I have to do it to save people time and money, I gave them…read moremultiple chances to do a good job but it's just getting worse and worse So basically what happened was they gave me a date on when the vehicle will be finished, to be exact they gave me 8 days and that turned into weeks of "it'll be ready by then" and when I finally got the car back, car was still messed up, paint was so trash, they just painted over something that needed to be filled in and alignment was so bad, ofc I had to bring it back again and that again took weeks and then I got the car back again and it's still messed up, alignment was a bit better but it's whatever at this point and the paint was still trash, don't know how to put a filler in, debris under the paint and you can tell there was no primer under, brought it back again to get it corrected and still, not good, paint chipped got painted over, pillar started rusting due to bad filling, there's over spray, color does not match, and paint not smooth. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I did not see this in the beginning, but now I do. Her SUV was held for 21 days to paint BLACK again. When we finally received the call that her vehicle was ready, we were SHOCKED to see it had been painted with a "GREEN" tint. She was furious and I was extremely upset. Long story short, they gave her $100 for their error. The ONLY reason she took the embarrassing check was because RACHEL told us they would repaint it, but she has NO IDEA when we would get the truck back. If you read their blog, it states it takes on average 3 days to paint a vehicle. THEY TOOK 21 DAYS TO PAINT IT THE WRONG COLOR. This site needs to be closed down. Oh and don't be fooled by the customer service response when they say " we're sorry for your experience, please contact us so we can resolve this issue". Customer service was actually BACK TO THE FAYETTEVILLE NC SITE where the problem originated from. WARNING ......GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND PAY WHATEVER YOU HAVE TO. IT'S NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS AT THIS LOCATION.
