Miroslav and his wife were excellent to deal with and everything was explained as to what needed to be done to restore it to new condition. I had several over-sized dents and two that were creased right on edges (which is hard to fix) being so close to the edge. I picked up my truck three days later and it looked like it did when I drove off the dealers lot! Miromax is truly an outstanding shop that was clean, organized, knowledgeable and trustworthy. D'Arcy highly recommended CP Concepts and said tthey were the only Hyundai certified shop. They were not a "preferred shop" for our insurance, but they truly worked in the best interest of the customer and did not settle for some of the parts the insurance company suggested. The staff there is very diligent, persistent and great at calling to give us updates. I think they filed nearly a dozen "revisions" with our insurace company. I got a reasonable quote for the job and they knocked it out the park. FYI, prices vary from Maaco to Maaco so shop around. The estimator who originally gave me the quote, was working at a Maaco in Chicago. When I went back to get the work done, the manager says he won't honor the price and tried to charge me double! He told me if I want that price to go to Crest Hill and that's what I did. Thanks guys and I'll see you on my next project.

Took in my car for a cosmetic repair (rear fender), got an estimate everything was fine. scheduled…read moreand appointment, went back, they had lost the original estimate, so they were ball parking around prices that were similar to what they had originally said, except this time i was being pushed to buy a more expensive paint. i expressed multiple times that i did not necessarily need the car painted, and it was about fixing the fender. after a few back and forths i was stern, but he was very pushy, especially since i wasnt there to get my car painted! it made me feel as if they werent even sure why i was there in the first place, and instantly i questioned my decision. After we got the car back, the back fender was done fairly well, its not back to perfect but the job was done quite well the interior of the car was filthy with dirt and dust, along with a chunk of plastic in the front seat, the car radio not working, and no explanation to any of these concerns. i went back in, and he said "oh your battery died while it was here, your going to have to take that to the dealership and have them unlock the radio." now can somebody explain why they unhooked the battery, or ran the battery dead? it was a rear fender i was getting fixed! they fixed what i asked, but ive experienced better, and now its my hassle to clean my interior and fix the radio... disappointing
