I was quoted a maximum of $525. I got a call and set up an appointment. When I arrived I was directed across the street. After an hour and a half I was invited to the desk to be shown a print-out to include $2517.61 in possible repairs to my car. The window assessment repair was $859.92. To me this was a business that was not trying to treat me as a new and welcome customer.....more like what a dealership would do. My advice would be to stay away!

Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely recommend Dayz Auto Body, Richmond, Va.
