I will definitely go back should I need anything at all. They had such a quick turn around time and when I let them know I had an out of state trip to go on they tried their best to get it done in time for my trip! Because of this I think I called them about a million times. They were always so kind and patient with me. I also realized I had left some things I needed for work and they helped me get everything I needed from my car. I also had no idea that they could take my rental car so when I arrived to get my keys and explained I didn't have a ride from the rental car place back there they informed me they could take my keys and Hertz would come there! They saved me so much time, had such great service, both in efficiency and kindness!

Despite my insurance company taking 4+ weeks to finally verify the car was totaled, Steve was awesome in running interference for me and always keeping me updated while looking out for my best interests. Quality outfit that still remembers the value of GREAT customer service. Highly Recommended!

Terrible communication at this place. Estimate was misleading by stating that "Total Customer…read moreResponsibility" was a negative number......I relied on this estimate and was lead to believe that this number was being deducted from what I would owe out-of-pocket upon pick-up. On top of this, we were talked into purchasing 3 additional tires so that a proper alignment could be completed. We were quoted a price by Brandon which he stated included tax and mounting....That price suddenly went up $30 upon pick-up and of course, Brandon wasn't around that day to speak with about the price difference. We ended up paying an additional $80 unexpectedly because of their poor communication, badly written estimates, and shady tactics. Even after discussing the issues we had they refused to honor the prices we were given. I will avoid this place in the future and will definitely not be recommending. We were given an amount by Brandon that was to be our responsibility which we accepted and were totally prepared to pay. We were then given a higher amount when we came to pick up our vehicle and of course Brandon wasn't around. These are the facts. Typical scam.....give the customer an amount over the phone $$ then charge more when its time for them to pick up $$$$ blame customer for not understanding, imply the customer is lying, have the tech disappear that day, use all the above if necessary.

From the moment we brought the car to ABRA in Kentwood, MI, they made the entire situation easier. They were professional from day one. They explained the repair process clearly, answered our questions, and kept us informed every step of the way. We never had to chase them down for updates. They communicated consistently and made sure we always knew what was happening. What really stood out was their level of customer service. When you are already frustrated and inconvenienced, having a team that genuinely cares makes a huge difference. They treated us with respect and made us feel like more than just another repair ticket. The quality of their work was outstanding. Our Tesla Model 3 looks absolutely fantastic. The repairs were done with great attention to detail, and everything lines up perfectly. The paint match is spot on, and you would never know the car had been in an accident. They even followed up afterward to make sure everything was good and that we were completely satisfied. I truly cannot recommend ABRA in Kentwood strongly enough for auto accident repair. Excellent workmanship, strong communication, and top-notch customer service. If you need collision repair, this is the place to go.

The GM of the location told me, after finding out we wanted to bring our car to another shop for repair, that he didn't want to "waste his time" doing the estimate if they weren't going to get the repair work. You can be the judge of whether this is legit work or not. Won't ever consider them to work on any of our vehicles.
