Superior was great on the phone giving me an idea of what I'd be looking at for cost and time. I went through the insurance since the repair was higher than my deductible and I wasn't at fault for the accident so no impact on my rate. Superior got me a quote right away and the insurance was happy with the number so they approved it. They had me drop off my car on a Monday morning and told me it would be 3-5 days. It was ready Thursday afternoon so right in the provided timeline. The works looks great, can't even tell where the damage was. They were very friendly, quick and did great work at a reasonable cost. I'd recommend Superior for any repair work you need done.

From start to finish, Superior provided me with an experience that exceeded my expectations and I would use them again (hopefully I don't need to!) Their receptionist was friendly and made me feel at ease about helping me. The owners are thorough and attentive. They never make you feel like you are burdening them with questions. The left my car looking better than it did before it was damaged! The repairs took about as long as expected, and although there was a minor hiccup, they quickly took care of it. Im am happy that this shop is around!

We got it zip tied pretty securely but wanted a proper fix, so Artiagas is where we came for a same day quote. I called ahead. The guy who helped us was quick and efficient and friendly. They ended up being booked out the whole following week, so we scheduled for the following Monday (so about a week and a day). I didnt mind because of the friendly service, the quote seemingly reasonable, and the car still being drivable in the mean time. We dropped the car off in the AM Monday and had it back Tuesday late afternoon. There was a short delay due to waiting on a part I guess! The car was fixed beautifully (well, as beautiful as a non replaced reattached bumper on an old teenage car can be...) and the quote was right on target with what we ended up having to pay. Super professional and reasonable. Would definitely recommend you take your car here for body work!

Service- 5 stars Reuben assisted me throughout the process. He would answer all my questions and respond back to me in less than 1 hour for every message I would send him. He was honest and detail-oriented throughout the entire process Communication- 5 stars A huge thumbs up for Reuben for keeping constant communication throughout the process. It started from getting a rough estimate over Yelp message before bringing my car in, and responding to me promptly throughout the process. To be fair, you have to be proactive and send a message to him first; I get that he's too busy to update everyone on their car's status. However, if you reach out and send a message, he usually got back to me quickly (even during after-hours). Easy modes of communication as well, as Reuben was flexible with communicating through Yelp messages, text messages, and calls. Bottom Line Reuben does good work and always keeps you in the loop with your car repairs (just make sure you are the one initiating the message). In a world where no one calls anyone anymore, I love how Reuben stayed in constant communication through text or Yelp messages.

If the estimate wouldn't have been the highest I would of probably gone with them.

Well the second catalytic became available in January, so Joe and his crew installed it, called us and we picked it up... well when we picked it up, we were told the check engine light was going to be on due to codes that were coming on... he said it looks like the fuel cap.... Well we asked for a Repair Order stating what codes they were, and come to find out, they were all due to the Catalytic Converters being stolen... so we took the truck to another place to jave the Diagnosis done and they said its a bad o2, so we had that warranted... now there were still some codes coming up, Joe from Elite decided to throw his hands up and gave up on trying to help us with this claim... so we took it back to the shop that did the diag and turns out the ECM was bad, the wiring harness, and the fuel lines were cut... all were repaired at about 7k to the repair shop...So in conclusion to this headache, do your research on the shops you take your vehicle to... it will save you time and patience... i do not recommend this shop.... 1 year and finally my truck is back to normal!!!

He did everything to help us save money on the project and actually helped save around $1200 off the original estimate. Some of that was us choosing not to have some cosmetic repairs and other savings came from choosing used parts. Everything started out smooth. They made copies of my insurance claim, ordered the parts and got my…read morecar in on Tuesday, 5/28. On Friday, I received a text from them saying my car should be ready the following Friday, 6/7. Three minutes later, another text said it will be ready Tuesday 6/4. The following day another text said completion date is now 6/6. The next three days, the same text giving 6/6 as completion day. Although the texts were somewhat inconsistent, I didn't mind because I know there are unforeseen circumstances, and overall, I was pleased that they were keeping me updated. On 6/6, they informed me the car wouldn't be ready until the next day. The next day, Crystal called and said my car was ready to be picked up, however, she said she had one question: Did my insurance send me a check for the repairs? I told her no, I thought they sent it to you guys. She said no, we haven't received it yet. Why they would wait until my car is done to ask me this is beyond my comprehension. She should already know that my insurance company is contracted with them to send the money directly to Carriage Masters, and never directly to the customer. Crystal said she would contact my insurance to get it straightened out. The next day I called Crystal, and she said they were never able to contact the insurance company, that every time they would get "disconnected" and that they would have to hold my car over the weekend and try again on Monday. On Monday, my wife called and spoke to Mackenzie at the front desk to ask her why they would say the car was ready when they knew all along that the payment had not yet been received. Mackenzie threw Crystal under the bus and told my wife to call back at 9:00 am, when Crystal would be there, and told my wife "maybe you would have better luck if you called the insurance company yourself." We called the insurance company and got a hold of them right away and within minutes, they cleared everything up with Carriage Masters. We went right away to pick up the car. Mackenzie called Charley from the back to go over the repairs with us. When Mackenzie handed our paperwork to Charley, she got real close to him and started whispering something to him. When she saw that my wife was watching and trying to hear what she was telling Charley, Mackenzie took Charley out of the office, and around the corner, out of sight of my wife. Very suspicious and definitely rude. Charley went over the repairs and everything seemed fine. But, then I noticed that the spoiler had two deep scratches that weren't there when I brought it in. If I hadn't noticed it, they would have never had said anything. Was this what Mackenzie was whispering to Charley? Very suspicious, indeed. Just as I mentioned the scratches to Charley, Louie came and said he would fix it right away and pay for a rental car for us. He said the car should be ready by Wednesday, 6/12. Wednesday came and went without a call, as did Thursday. Finally, they called on Friday to say it was ready. The scratches were fixed on the spoiler, but, now I see what appears to be a fingerprint on the hatch that won't come off. Do to their rudeness and inefficiency, I would not recommend this place...

I am blessed to know how amazing the team was on my vehicle as it looks back to brand new again. My vehicle was all scratched up on the right side starting from the back passenger to the front passenger followed with a big dent that I couldn't stop looking at. The customer service was beyond fantastic from the person assigned to my vehicle up to the supervisors I spoke to. They took good care of me and took care of the concerns I had, had by reaching out to my insurance carrier and getting back to me around the time stated... I am beyond blessed and thankful ! I am absolutely satisfied and can only hope there are others with the same outcome. **NEW REVIEW:** Upon receiving my vehicle, I later noticed a crack that was not very noticeable at first. When I spotted it, I reached out to the manager at Caliber Collision as soon as possible. They were responsive and told me to bring it in, but at the time, I didn't have rental services and had to borrow a friend's car. The wait time this time was excessive. They informed my State Farm that they would replace the part (front bumper), but it seemed they pocketed the money from my claim and sealed the crack with some form of glue. When I received the car a second time, I noticed that the crack had become even larger! The surprising part was that when I spoke with State Farm, they told me it was a new replacement, but I had previous photos to prove they were lying and sent it to them as proof. I took the car in a third time at Caliber because supposedly nobody took "before" photos, which was why I was able to get the car back in. I sensed something was off when an employee delivered the vehicle to my apartment with another partner to drive back to the shop. He mentioned, "the manager said you can't bring it back, and I don't know what's wrong with it" and had left in the vehicle truck with his partner. Upon inspection, I noticed that the front bumper had been replaced, but the latches to hold it up were missing making the front bumper pop out of my corolla that I had to push back in with my hand each time it was driven. State Farm advised me to call the manager to sort things out, and I shared what the supervisor had told his employee. Eventually, State Farm allowed me to switch to Fix Auto on Shepard St, where they did a phenomenal job fixing all the missing parts and provided another new bumper. They even painted and coated my vehicle to ensure the color matched perfectly, without any weird contrasts in the sunlight. I have warned many people not to go to Caliber Collision at this location, not sure about the others, but I've received positive feedback from friends and family that I referred to Fix Auto on Shepard St. It is disappointing that Caliber Collision failed to "do the right thing." This location is very unprofessional, and the ongoing drama among the employees in front of customers only adds to the negative experience. It seems they care more about their gossip than their customers. Pure disgust! SEE YOU NEVER!!!
