It's a large plastic bumper that required removing and replacing lights, painting the new bumper to match the car, getting the new bumper in place... They did an excellent job. No hassle at all on my part. I took it by for them to assess the damage, they did all the paperwork for my insurance, ordered parts, set up a date to bring it in (just two days later). When I brought it in I just dropped off the keys... came back later and the car was like new. They washed it for me too. Absolutely no hassle for me. Everyone was extremely polite and easy to work with. They asked for my deductible to be paid in cash or by cashiers check, which is something I can relate to as a small business owner. They were recommended by State Farm and have a good relationship with them. They are able to handle all the paperwork so all I had to do was give them my insurance card, answer a few questions and we were done. I might have had to sign a piece of paper at the beginning and at the end of the process. Great experience.
