I am warNing you! my experience was absolutely terrible and my insurance was almost as bad. had scratches down pass anger side. came to pick up care and it was totally torn apa on both sides. no front or rear bump or lights. had to tow the car as they had determined it was a total. car was totally complete when I dropped it off. this place is a total rip off. if you believe anything, take my word DO NOT DO IT!!! read more

I do not recommend Caliber Collision! Run, don't walk away from this place. I could go into all the details of my horrible experience but let me just say that this location uses unethical business practices. They are in bed with insurance companies. Progressive Ins. to be exact. I drove a perfectly good, very nice top of the line vehicle into this location only to realize after going to pick it up that they dismantled it into a pile of undrivable junk. I was in tears when I saw the condition of my vehicle. The employees handling the front office were very rude. My hope in leaving this review is that it might help some other person thinking of taking their vehicle to be repaired here to think twice. read more

I mean, nobody wants to take their car to a repair shop, but circumstances sometimes force us to. I have USAA insurance and fortunately had no issues with their service. My car was in the repair shop for about two weeks, which seemed like a lifetime, but I understand that repairing a vehicle takes time, especially after an accident. The customer service at the repair shop was exceptional. The staff were always polite and courteous, they kept me updated with regular phone calls, and they were thorough in their work. It appears that my car has been repaired with good quality parts and workmanship. Although I hope to never have to come back, if I do, I would definitely use their services again. read more

My son's car was taken to Caliber am for a claim with State Farm. I received an estimate rather quickly and with In a few hours was notified that StateFarm classified my son's car as totaled. I made a counter claim through my insurance and have been waiting on the estimate that State Farm received within hours of our drop, for a week now. I have been told three times that it would be a couple of days and it has now been a week. So I ask, why is it that State Farm was able to receive it so quickly , but my insurance company apparently is not entitled to the same quick service? read more

Took my car to Caliber Collision in Anderson, SC after striking a deer. My insurance company provided me with an Enterprise Rental car while my car was at Caliber. While my car was at Caliber there were no updates, no returned phone calls, and they couldn't figure out a headlight challenge that was later resolved quickly by my car dealer where I typically take it for service. When my car was 'finished' at Caliber, I went there to pick-up it up. Manager said leave your Enterprise Rental car here "we'll get it back to them". Well....Caliber didn't do that in a timely fashion and the car was subsequently broken into on their property. Enterprise now wants me to pay $23k for the car. Thank goodness my insurance is going to cover the cost of the car. Sorry, won't ever do business with Caliber again. read more

I was in an accident at my place of work and his insurance company recommended Caliber Collision. A couple other people I know also recommended them. So when I brought it in for service I was told it would take 10 days. I was extremely excited to receive a text on the fouth day saying that my vehicle was ready and that I could come pick it up. They are extremely reliable and do great work, I will be recommending them to everyone. read more

Really bad service. It actually amazes me that they stay in business if they handle business the way we were taken care of. Our insurance company recommended them so we agreed to come here but boy was that a huge mistake. Everything they could have done wrong, they did. First, we hit a deer and that's why we were here in the first place. No big deal. They see cars in collisions all the time so you would think this would be something they were familiar with. Well, first issue was that the car was stuck with them for 3-4 weeks for front passenger side damage. Nothing mechanical or anything just some seemingly minor repairs. However, it took them that long because they had to order parts and I guess 3-4 weeks is not a big deal to them... anyway, we get the car back and a few days later, we have to return the car because we discover it was not fully fixed. They of course take an additional 2 weeks to fix because they spent a lot of time trying to prove that we had another accident as opposed to it being something they missed. They didn't give us any updates and when they couldn't prove their case, they agreed to make it right but of course took their time. Then, when we returned to pick up the car, they treated us like criminals. The guy literally left a voicemail saying the car was ready for pickup but when we show up, he makes us wait half hour so he can print off papers and get signatures for paperwork that should have been done when he called to say they were ready. We tell him of our displeasure and he actually argues with us and tries to make us feel like it's all our fault. So not happy. This was an awful experience. From beginning to end, nothing about them was good. At minimum, their checkout process should not take more than 15 minutes and I don't think a daily text giving a one sentence update would be asking too much. I mean sheesh! I really do believe a lot of the cars there are just sitting there in the front lot and the staff are just sitting around doing nothing. How on earth does it take that much time to repair a car? What really bothers me is that they make you wait at checkout and then they take you outside to see the outside of the car as if that qualifies as a proper inspection of their work. We're just looking at the sheet metal! All we can tell is if there are any scratches or dents. And of course, they can tell us what they did but that does not mean the repairs were adequate. We really only know after you take it for a drive and nothing obvious shows up. After these guys made their repairs and additional repairs needed to be done, they should have honored their work. Was not happy that they spent so much energy trying to place blame as opposed to making it right. Also, if anyone is curious about a quality repair shop, I went to a service king collision in college maybe 10 years ago and they were on point! Everything these guys drop the ball on, Service King Collision gets it right. At that time, I slid into a ravine during an icy storm. Look, it's bad enough to get into an accident but it's totally unacceptable for the collision service center to just add salt to the wound by making you feel like you messed up by getting into an accident. Accidents happen! And news flash, ice storms and deer are hard to avoid. read more

Can I give them 10 stars?? I just received my car back today after I hit my metal carport with the front end of my car. It was pretty extensive damage and Caliber was recommended by my dealership and let me just say they exceeded my expectations. My car looks as good as new not to mention the amazing customer service. I made an appointment but there was a mishap with insurance not sending over the assignment needless to say they still worked me in to get an estimate and started breaking down my car that same day! Tristen was amazing and called me with an update on my car every day it was there. They even vacuumed out the driver and passenger side of my car! Would recommend 10 times over! read more

Everything was going right with my repairs until they weren't. Caliber collision does not back up their work. I took my issues to then several times and I was dismissed because they figured I'm a woman and I didn't know what I was talking about. Had my dealership look it over and all of my new problems were caused by the repairs done by these guys. Have an appointment with a new shop to get this taken care of. USAA MEMBERS READ Shortened version: do NOT waist your time or your money here. USAA reps give you the opportunity to take your car to a location of your choice, but when asked where they recommend, Caliber Collision is one of the top Long version: I was involved in an auto accident in earlyish 2021 and I was not at fault. USAA is phenomenal as always and recommended caliber collision. I trusted it too. Took my car. Everything was great. Until I picked my car up. The fender was not placed properly, they didn't paint the stripe down my car and claimed "we can't do that", the weather strip was not set properly and they actually broke one of the clips on it that wasn't broken prior to the wreck. I noticed these after picking my car up and immediately called USAA to get things figured out. They 3 way call and again the guy who worked on my car said that they can't paint the strip back, and they had no idea what I was talking about in regards to the other things. When in reality they were too lazy (I'll explain later). Now they did offer me to bring my car back but my USAA rep reminded me I could take the car to a different location if I wanted. So I did (I'll post a link to my OTHER caliber collision review at the Greenville location if I can). When I took my car to the other caliber collision location they informed me that the pint strip COULD be painted on and they would. When I asked why the other location didn't, he said laziness. He also told me they've had a few other customers come from the Anderson location to them (Greenville) to "fix" things. read more

I took my car in to be fixed from a front end hit. When I picked it up the check engine light was on. The representative that assisted with my car said we noticed the light on but we put the computer on it and thought we turned it off . Well, ma'am why would you do that without telling me. Long story short they refused to fix the problem as it was due to the hit. It was a computer module that sits exactly where it was hit . They told me I could take it to the dealership and have them fix it at my expense. Seriously ? They have poor workmanship as well as customer service. I was told parts were replaced that obviously were not. Bumper looked worse after it was "fixed" than when it went in because they apparent had banged it around while they removed and "replaced" it and it had scratches all over it. Their workers are not careful and it appears they cut corners even though insurance authorized replacement with NEW parts. SMH! They WILL get it right, though. I assure you! read more

Car was perfect condition before wreck. I took it to caliber to have it fixed and when it was returned there were things that were completely skipped which the insurance had filed for. They buffed my paint which burned it, didn't fix multiple dents or my cracked windshield. read more
