Let me start with I will not go back. I took my 2010 Ford F150 Platinum to have rust under the bed…read morerepaired. The rust created a hole in the bed. That they were going to fix. I asked them to put new bed cross members in that hold the bed to the frame. They said it would be 1 week. That turned into 1 Month with all kinds of excuses such as waiting on parts. Which I could call the local Ford dealerships and find readily available. I had to keep pushing them to get my truck finished. I would drive by and it would be pushed outside over and over. The workmanship was somewhat poor and a lack of detail is obvious. For example I went by and the bed was back in the truck however they scratched the truck cab on both sides putting it back on. I wanted them to fix it and repaint the deep scratches. Which they did. They broke the fuel port which I had just replace. I asked them to replace that. They bought another one. Which was another reason for the supposed delay. Again I had just replaced that part and they are readily available. I had paid them More than half the quoted amount up front and settled up the remaining amount when they told me the truck would be finished in a day or so. Total of $2,750. It was not ready in a few days it was another week. When I finally got the truck back the first thing I noticed was the back up camera (stock on the platinum ford). Did not work. Everything was working when I dropped it off. A month prior. I went back inside and told them. He said bring it back when you get home from work the next time. When I came home after working 7 days out of town, in the daylight I noticed other things that are on the outside that are obviously broken. Bottom is I will not go back even to fix the things they broke such as the tail light / brake light plastic housing. They forced it in and did not take the time to align the bolt holes. They drilled new holes in the side of the truck bed to hold the plastic tail light in place. I know this part was not broken because before I took it to them I personnel replaced all the bulbs in both tall light housings just a week or so before I dropped it off. They were also going to take the front bumper off sand it down and paint it. They broke part of the front bumper cover in one place so now there is a big gap between the metal bumper and the plastic cover. $2,750 was a hard lesson. I will a not go back to them even to complain or have them try to fix the issues. I will do it myself or take it somewhere else. Not sure if I order new tail light housings and fit / replace them how I will address the new holes they drilled next to the original correct ones. They are un-organized and with all the things they broke that I can see trying to fix the rust. I have serious doubts that the rust repair is any good. See the pictures and short video of one of the bed bolts that they claimed took so long to get (parts you know). Was loose when I tried to tighten it myself it is stripped and will not tighten. Just cannot find good help.

After those 3 weeks, he started giving me all type of excuses for the delay of the repair, until I decided 3 weeks ago (Jan 23rd) to hire an attorney in Greenville SC and send a tow truck to pick up the car to be repaired in another body shop. He did not return any of the parts he already disassembled making the repair much more complicated and the costs much higher. Mr Nolish took advantage of my trust and good will and continuously made up lies and excuses as to why nothing had been done to my car after it being there for 2 months.
