That being said, Daniel worked with me regarding a rough estimate via pictures and had my wife's BMW in his shop in less than a month! That was great as most of the body shops in my area are booked three months out. One important distinction is that Daniel is extremely experienced with BMWs as he worked for them for decades. He knows how to match BMW paint like nobody else. In fact, Eagle Body Works is a certified BMW collision center and this was a program he helped institute when he worked for BMW. Therefore I had complete confidence in his work and what the finished product would look like. What I didn't expect was how quick the turnaround was on my wife's car. It was ready one day ahead of schedule and it was flawless. It was as though the accident never happened. They went above and beyond by vacuuming the floor mats and cleaning the interior (we didn't do that before the drop off). More than anything, my wife's new Bimmer was back to showroom perfect. We didn't file this as an insurance claim so we paid out of pocket. While the repair wasn't cheap, every item that needed to be replaced was warranted and the price was very fair. Hey...go figure...when you mess up a front bumper with all the new technological sensors for parking and radar, it's going to be a pretty penny. They got all the sensors aligned and calibrated perfectly and we are both extremely happy with the end result. It was well worth every penny spent and we cannot recommend them highly enough - especially if you are looking for collision or paint work on a BMW. We were well informed during every step of the repair and these are some of the friendliest people you could ever hope to deal with. If I need body work or paint work done again (knock on wood) I will not waste my time looking into local shops. They earned our business!

I would give this shop zero stars if I could. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had…read morewith a mechanic. I brought my car in because it was overheating and was quoted nearly $1,400 to replace a PCM wire, replace the thermostat, and perform a coolant flush. When I asked basic questions about why these repairs were necessary, I was met with arrogance and attitude instead of answers. No one could clearly explain what was supposedly wrong with my vehicle. My dad called on my behalf to ask additional questions, and they treated him just as poorly. Rude, dismissive, and unwilling to explain their diagnosis or pricing. At that point, it felt less like they were trying to help and more like they were hoping I would blindly agree to an expensive repair bill. When I called back and told them I wanted to take my car elsewhere for a second opinion, they were extremely rude I was even considering a second opinion, told me to come get my car now, and hung up on me. That's all I needed to know. Picking up my car was no better. There was around a $100 diagnostic/service fee, I understand paying for someone's time and had no issue to pay it. The issue is while I was paying it I was never truly acknowledged, I felt very uncomfortable and could tell they were upset I was picking my car up. I then took my car to a dealership for a second opinion. They were shocked by both the diagnosis and the quote I had been given. The actual problem? A single pipe with a hole in it that needed to be replaced for around $600. No thermostat or PCM replacement. No unnecessary work. The dealership was so surprised by what I had been told. I genuinely believe this shop tried to take advantage of me and pressure me into paying for repairs my car did not need. If you aren't knowledgeable about cars, be extremely careful. Ask questions, get a second opinion, and don't let anyone bully you into approving expensive repairs. I will never return and would never recommend this place to anyone.

I dropped my Audi A4 2024 off at Safelite at 9:30am for a windshield replacement. The last time I…read moredrove my vehicle was the night before at 8:30pm. My car had no tire pressure sensor issues over night (13 hours). I first got a call at 12:30pm from the technician that Safelite can't perform the ABS check without Audi's authorization code. Then 20 minutes later, Adam Owens (technician/shift manager) called me regarding that my front right tire has been punctured by a nail and is losing tire pressure fast, but there was no nail present. I got to the Safelite store at 1:30pm, and the tire was basically flat. More annoyingly, the technicians never locked my car; my car and my belongings were left unlocked in the parking lot for 45 minutes. Once I got my car to discount tires to patch, due to the location of the nail, I will need to replace this tire. So I called the Safelite store to get some answers: where was the nail? How did the nail come off? Why didnt the tire go flat over night (13 hours) but once my car got to the Safelite store, it's flat and no nail present? Safelite took ZERO responsibility and insist that there was a nail and they had nothing to do with it. Then I brought up my complaint that my car was unlocked for 45 minutes. Adam Owns (store technician/shift manager) said "Have a good day" and hung up on me. I have filed a formal complaint with Safelite corporate, and corporate customer service said any resolution must be reached with the store general manager, Lance Hayes, who is out of office until next Tuesday, 8/4. I am very disappointed as to how I was treated as a customer and Adam Owens was disrespectful in his way of handling this situation. Adam's story just doesn't add up because my car tire pressure was fine over night, and I drover the car to Safelite with no issues. Once Safelite works on it, now there is a big hole on the sidewall of the tire with no nail?? All of this is very fishy, and I really don't trust this store and the technicians' integrity.
