The two-man crew Francisco and Diego were great, they called before arriving and were very courteous and professional. They wrapped and moved everything from an upstairs condo that doesn't have an elevator to the truck that was parked far from our place, making it a very long day. Despite the long walk to the truck and the up and down on the condo's steep stairs, they were still very professional during the whole thing. It made the stress of a move much easier. One think that was upseting when my wife and I discovered a couple of our furnitures were damaged. We know it was an accident, because they where careful with our stuff and they even helped me bring up our giant couch into our loft. Overall great experience over all!

Payments were simple through Zelle and the cash price was fair/ a better deal than most. We moved into the country side and their moving truck couldn't fit beneath our trees. With a one way entrance and many traffic jams later, these guys worked overtime and stayed super flexible! They figured out how to move everything from their moving truck to our cars + pickup truck. This could have been a horrible day if it wasn't for the the right team! Everyone's positive and hardworking attitudes ceased to amaze us! We all worked as a team, and it only added 1.5-2 hours overall. Considering what it could have been this was a miracle. We basically did a double move. Needless to say, we showered them with food, snacks and tipped them well for all their hard work. This team crushed it! ‍ Thank you Erik, Eduardo and Francisco for all your energy and hard work!!! Alex and Shane arrived right on time and worked efficiently, carefully, and cheerfully throughout the entire process. After delivering our family member's household goods to their new apartment, they went above and beyond--helping set up the bed, unpack the TV, and rearrange furniture until we found the best layout for the small space. Their positive attitude and willingness to help made all the difference. After a stressful couple of weeks preparing for this move, they made the final step feel easy and seamless. I highly recommend College Dudes Doin' Moves to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and friendly movers.

Since then, I think Dawson has gone to grad school and I'm not sure if Diego is still involved. I recently asked for an estimate and included photos just like before. I don't know if Dawson and Diego are still connected with College Dudes Doin' Moves. I had to contact the "new dudes" twice in order to get a response and got some lame excuse about how they didn't notice my text. That's not really taking care of business is it? Also their estimate was really high-- either their prices have gone up quite a bit or they really didn't want the job. We won't be calling them again.

2 stars for customer service and 3 stars for the move…read more I hired Luke and his team about a year ago to unload a Uhaul. They did an OK job but can really improve on professionalism and customer service. Even though I scheduled a few days ahead, Luke didn't ask for my address until the the morning of the move, a few minutes before he was to show up. They showed up more than 20 minutes late with no apologies or explanation. I really rushed to get my new keys on time and get the moving truck to the location just to sit around waiting for them. So I started unloading the truck myself until Luke and his worker arrived. They showed up with moving blankets and other moving materials but they never unloaded them from their truck. On their website it showed they prep the doors, cover furniture with blankets, and lay down runners to protect damage but they didn't and my front door got small dings. My freshly painted walls were left with blue ink from the boxes being dropped against the walls. Most of my dishes were left broken. I've moved MANY times and never had an issue with dishes breaking since I wrap each item. They took 3 hours to unload a truck for a 1 bd apt with no major furniture besides a bed, a loveseat, a few small tables and boxes. it really seemed they were purposely moving slow to stretch the time out. They stopped and talked alot to each other laughing and joking like they were hanging out not charging quite expensive per hour. They leisurely moved a few boxes from the truck to the foot of the stairs a few feet away. No hustle or breaking a sweat here. I understand you have a 3 hr minimum but the unloading should have only taken 1.5 hrs then the rest of the time could have been spent helping me set up furniture and organizing the boxes to the right rooms but instead the boxes were left randomly everywhere and it was hard to then move all the boxes to the right rooms by myself after they left. Overall, they got the job done and got my stuff up the flight of stairs which is why I needed the help. At the end I personally wouldn't hire them again as it seemed my small job was not that important to the company. Never got a receipt, a thank you for your business, or anything. I recently moved again and had a very different experience with another company.
