After a brief conversation I was told "I am free to go take the course elsewhere". No option for resolution was given, the person was EXTREMELY rude and when I repeatedly asked to speak to their supervisor I was told they are the supervisor when they clearly have a boss. I have been in safety for 7 years and in the industry for 14 and have never been so offended especially when dealing with a company who provides a service. I do some training myself as well as recommend training companies for use by clients. I will never in my life recommend Danatec and will be sharing my experience with all my clients, colleagues and contacts.
