Parent counsel is active in organizing fun events and activities throughout the year. This is a Catholic school but are accepting of those students who are not baptized or practicing Catholic. Religion is fundamental to their education. Although our family is not practicing Catholic, learning about others makes us more accepting and tolerant of those who are different. They accept and treat all students and families equally as long as you reciprocate the respect.

I arrived a few minutes past 9 am to drop my niece off at school, so we proceeded to the office to obtain a late pass. My niece has recently started at the school and was unsure of where to locate her classroom. I informed the secretary that she was new and it was her first time using the office entrance, requesting assistance in finding her classroom. The woman responded, and I quote, "Well, she'll have to find her class." This individual was exceedingly dismissive and impolite. Consequently, I chose to accompany my niece in search of her classroom and stumbled upon the library. I peeked inside and said, "Good morning, could you assist my niece in locating her class as she is new to the school?" The librarian yelled at me, despite there being no class in session, "You shouldn't be in here." The staff thus far have exuded very rude and negative energy, which made me quite uncomfortable leaving my niece at that school. If the personnel at the main entrance exhibit unprofessional behavior and a dismissive attitude, one must wonder what the teachers are like. On that particular day, an African couple, who struggled with English, was having difficulty communicating with the secretary, who was condescending and impatient towards this pregnant couple. If only I had been able to speak their language, I would have offered to help with translation. It is disheartening and uncomfortable to witness the staff behaving in such a manner. On two other occasions when I arrived slightly late, the secretary and a brunette woman in the front office were gossiping about individuals and their families. This behavior is appalling, given that we are all human beings, and it is entirely unacceptable and unprofessional. I also observed a similar trend with Heather, the principal, who predominantly displayed courtesy only towards individuals of her own complexion.It is imperative that every race and ethnicity is treated with equality.

Miss Debbie keep up the great work. If Green Door in Willow Park is not convenient try Green Door Midnapore.
