wow! what a great place! I was introduced to an employee named POOLE the minute i walked in and he tended carefully and considerately to ALL my needs! the food portions are small-ISH and vegetables are brown-ISH and chicken is grey-ISH but i've seen MUCH MUCH WORSE in my Alberta tour! it's warm and dry and there's cable tv.. what else could a fella ask for? 10/10 would stay again! thanks again POOLE you made my stay warm and cozy!! read more

Terrible stay. I showed up with my wife and infant son and they refused to let us stay in the same room. What kind of hotel makes a baby sleep on its own? Rude maids who come banging on your door at all hours of the night wearing weird uniforms carrying batons for some reason. Sink doesn't even let you change from cold to warm. Hell, this shithole doesn't even have an ice machine! Thanks a lot Expedia... read more
