After our refinance finished 2 months later we found out they never paid our taxes, and my tax bill is now delinquent. They admitted to fault and still are making us take the hit by increasing our monthly payment even though before we refinanced I had $3400 in my escrow account in order to cover my taxes. First request, second request, third request, final request. I would respond to each and everyone of those requests either by calling ITS Account Manager Mr. M P (This guy NEVER returns phone calls), or by talking to a different Mr. M or by faxing information or by asking my insurance agent to contact them directly. My agent would get in touch with them and send them documents needed. At one point I had to call the loan company that contracted ITS to collect insurance information from me just to find out what exactly it is they need DUE TO VERY POOR COMMUNICATION WITH ITS!!! I feel bad for all the people that know very little about insurance policies like myself who has a very hard time communicating with people who ignore and neglect phone calls.

Really! I've called their support line and received answers that helped resolve my insurance issues. One thing I appreciate is the reminders they send when my policies are coming up on renewal. My insurance agent sometimes doesn't reach out until 5 days before it actually expires to confirm the renewal rates. I don't like insurance, I think it's too complicated and don't like being involved....so I requested that they include my agent on all of their notices and this worked best because my agent just works directly with them.
