There are three things that made this salon unacceptable. 1) cleanliness - the floor, counter tops, and surfaces were all filthy. If basic store cleanliness isn't prioritized, I'm certainly going to question the sanitation of equipment which is concerning. 2) the atmosphere - They were playing on a big screen TV this AWFUL documentary on dangerous animals, including snakes, rats, fleas, ticks, scorpions and what they have the capacity to do to humans. I've never experienced a more disturbing television show, period. And certainly not while receiving a salon treatment. 3) quality - see picture. One nail completely gone and 2 chipped after 2 days.
