Thirty seconds of key strokes, and my request was submitted. Within 30 minutes, I received a call from Brian. Shortly after that, he showed up at my home, inspected for free, took photos, and interpreted. I learned there was some limited damage, but not quite enough to warrant an insurance claim at this time. Not more than two hours passed from the time I found contact information until "roof inspection" was checked off my to-do list. I realize not every service provider can drop what they're doing, and respond to me, and that I was lucky circumstances allowed such a quick response.
