I loved the spring rolls and the beef chowmein. Both were authentic. The pho here are dismally small and disappointing. And the meat portions are minuscule. But the favours are spot on for asian food. It was the only asian food I found in quebec city which wasnt canadian washed... Walkable from peps or the laval university it is handy for late night eats as they deliver in the area as well and are open until 11pm! Only downside is I discovered this place at the end of my trip and I wasnt able to come here more often! Note: the spring rolls come in a large portion so you can stash them in your fridge for late night eats anytime!!!

That sauce was the real star--don't shy away from the raw beef! It was a must-try for sure, earning a solid 9/10. Next up were the TEMPURA SHRIMPS (3 pcs): krupuk chips, Québec seaweed emulsion, and wakame salad. While these were a bit more batter than shrimp, I think that's the point! The sauce balanced it out nicely. I'd give these a 7/10. The SALMON SASHIMI was one of the best dishes of the night. The sauce added an amazing flavor that really elevated the fresh raw salmon dish. Easily a 9/10 for this one! For dumplings, we got the BEEF GYOZA: wagyu, ginger, cabbage, green onions, and soy sauce. I prefer my gyozas crispier, but the flavors were spot on. A tasty 7/10.
