The waitress was very friendly and although technically lunch isn't served until 1pm (a typical Catalan tradition, especially on Sundays) she offered the menu plus the signage was already out to lure hungry passerbys. This month happens to be a very busy Tarragona Festival and seating in old city is difficult to come by, so it was truly delightful to have open seats, have prompt service & have many options of paella for 1 or 2 people. Note: A lot of places across Spain have a minimum requirement of 2 or more for the kitchen to prepare any paella but just like the name, the Miracle wants you to order individually or to share two different varieties of paella. My foodie tastebuds are very satisfied! Near the end, the manager came by to say "Etas Bien?" Indeed it was! While it might not stand out from curbside appeal, it's definitely a standout experience in the quaint little town of Tarragona!

We were expecting to put our names down but he said he'd remember our faces! The restaurant is right on a beautiful & lively walkway by the sea, so 45 min went by quickly. We were starving by then but the food was definitely yummy - I got the prawn pesto tagliatelle, which was creamy and fresh. My friend got a vegetarian salad, and we both got glasses of red sangria, which was fruity and quite strong lol. I will say they didn't have that many appealing vegetarian options, but that seems to be the case in most of Spain. Service & ambience were on point too, and the owner made an effort to make us feel at home, would recommend this place

This was recommended by friends awhile back, I remembered the modern ambiance, amazing Tapas, friendly service and the place was as busy then until now. For this big restaurant caliber, it's pretty crowded yet they do a good job with a fast turnaround. We did the early Dinner and by the time we got out there was already a long line for late Diners. The fact that even after a decade, it's rare that I go back to the same spot let alone they're still around after all these years. You already know that tells a lot and I feel bad for those who didn't have the same great experience, hope they give it another shot. See y'all soon! Salut, Vermouth!

My son had been here last year and thought, it was a solid. We put our name in, went to a nearby park bench to wait and watch people for 50 minutes. The servers outside are grumpy as to many people are crowding the sidewalk and impeding his service. Finally, our name was called, were seated at the bar, and watched a chef make the magic dishes. The menu is huge and I can't help but watch the delicious dishes flying by us. So little time and yet so many great choices, this won't be easy. We began with the beef tenderloin montadito foie gras. It was presented as a open face sandwich on a bagette. We split it as it had a huge piece of foie gras. The tenderloin was tough and the tapas tasted like indivdual components, not a blended or refined profile. The grilled razor clams were nicely cooked, slightly gritty and needed to be washed more thoroughly. The Spanish omelet wedge was spiritual, dish of the night award. The onion made the dish! The sliced fried artichoke was finely shaved, and again lacked a enjoyable flavor that I would order again. The chips with fried eggs and Jabugo ham was different, tasty and a concept I would not of thought about. Delicious! Casveseria Catalanahe was packed and stacked for a reason. A high vibe and energy even in the face of a revolt at the check in desk from hungry dinners. I came say without hesitation, we will give them a second try. The staff was friendly, engaging, warm and a good sense of humor, nothing but smiles. I can't wait for our next trip to Cerveseria Catalana and let them tell me what to order. Good luck and see you sooner than later.

The manager of Marco Abella winery in Porerra suggested it and google maps took us right there. The owner is the chef and he is from Brussels. The food is art work and it is delicious. The owner and his assistant are extremely nice people. He was clearly proud of his two specials and I would highly recommend them. Although they have a pretty extensive menu as well. The Priorat wine was inexpensive and fabulous. In our five week trip across Europe this was our favorite. One of the complimentary appetizers is a very large and fresh olive, skewered by the tip of a little squeeze bulb of some kind of sweet local Spanish wine similar to a Madeira. The plate is a casting of the owner's hand! You eat the olive while simultaneously squeezing the shot of wine while chewing the olive. I know, sounds crazy, but it is indescribable. I eat a lot of things but I have never had anything like that in my life. Truly amazing place.
