I had ordered some packages and i used their UPS location for safety reasons since the websites had them as a UPS access point. One package was received accepted but i was told that they do not accept packages and they will start rejecting them. When asked if they could accept my last one and id never use them as an access point again they said yes no problem, but they did reject it. I had to jump through hoops to figure out how to get my package back, the website i ordered from flagged their business and I'm waiting for UPS to call me back to file a complain. I needed Mobile Notary services for a Saturday afternoon with multiple locations, multiple signers, and a strict window of time. I was a little bit worried at first, but everything from start to finish was absolutely flawless! Russell was extremely punctual and finished the job earlier then the estimated completion time. He was fantastic! There is a reason they have all 5 star reviews! Thank you, Andrea and Russell!
