I had multiple loads of laundry there because my machine broke and one wasn't dry so I left it to dry more then forgot about it. I tried calling and couldn't get through to anyone I finally went in there and talked to someone and while they were very nice I learned that my clothing had been thrown out. It was all of my towels and my kids clothes and workout stuff which were nice things so I'm extremely disappointed that they wouldn't wait for a few days at least tor someone to claim it especially with the knowledge there's no one reachable by phone but then to hear they were thrown away (if that is true) is such a huge waste and bad for the environment. At least donate them to people that need them! But first get a better system together so people can get their belongings back. read more

DO NOT GO. I've exclusively done my laundry here for a year. 50% of their machines work on average any time Ive been there. There is no working phone number to claim machine malfunction or request refund. Today, 3 machines failed that seemed to be in working order and clearly not labelled "OUT OF ORDER". Detergent (liquid load first machine) and cost gone. Pacifica needs to have this place audited and enforce responsibility of this business to its customers or shut it down. A lot of machines are broken, some dryer doors don't shut well, every time I've come in the place is dirty with an overflowing trash can, and today the dryer sheet dispenser ate my money without dispensing anything. There's also no contact information or working phone number to get a refund if you are the unlucky person who gets their money eaten by one of the many broken/ breaking old machines. Pros: This is the least expensive of the 3 laundromats in the Manor/Sharp Park area. $2.50/wash for regular load and $.25/6 minutes in the dryer. It's always open - even on holidays. The hours are 6am-10pm every day so there's more of an opportunity to get your washing done after work and before or after fun on the weekends. The small parking is shared with a couple of restaurants, a hair salon & tanning salon but there's street parking as well. The change machine is reliable and can change $1's, $5's, $10's & $20's. There are snack and laundry soap vending machines, although I haven't used either of them so I can't vouch for their quality or reliability. There are a few chairs in the front next to the vending machine. Cons: There's no attendant so there's no one to assist when you pump all your quarters in and the machine doesn't work. It's always dirty. The floors are dusty, dirty and covered with used dryer sheets and the trash bins are always full. There are always multiple machines out of order and some are not labeled so you're screwed if you get one of those. I say again, there's no attendant. There are 3 or 4 folding surfaces on the end of the washer rows but they're very small. The clientele are the type who bring their whole family and stay and watch movies too loudly on iPads while their children run around or sit on the folding counters and eat. Bottom line is, I use this place is because it's closer, cheaper, and it's usually open when I need it. I just wish the owner would service the machines more often and keep the place cleaner. read more

Came here cause it's close to my home and I just moved to the area. What a mistake! Place is dirty and run down. It's small, there's no place to fold, and people just lounge around even though they're not doing laundry. The machine prices seem ok but half the place isn't working! As I sat waiting for my clothes I spoke to another patron who told me there's a better store on manor in the manor plaza- something bubbles. She said it's more expensive but kept up, nicer and bigger and the owner actually picks up the phone and provides great service. While I was here my clothes didn't dry and I called the number- I'm still waiting for a call back- it's been 3 days. I will try the one in manor next week. This place is just not acceptable. read more

The dirtiest, non -reliable laundromat that I have been to in my life. I've been going here for a year! It keeps getting worse. Putting your money in the machines is like playing the lottery because you don't know if it will work. Floors a are filthy. Who ever owns it clearly monopolies on the fact that people have little options in the community. The spin cycle didn't work and left my clothes soaking . There isn't even a working phone number. Watching the family bedding go round in 3 of the "mega-load"washers - most of them only seem to have a dribble of water coming in and the soap is barely sudsing. Now that the loads are done - the bedding doesn't smell too clean. Yet the bath mats in the triple load washer at the back gets plenty of water and the detergent bubbles up as one would assume it would in a washing machine. WTF read more

It's a laundromat so I wasn't expecting much, but this place was pretty filthy. Tumbleweeds of dirt were all over the place, I seriously didn't want to put my baskets on the floor. All in all, the machines seemed to have done the job, and my clothes came out clean. It was annoying that the vending machines seemed to be out of every soda, so I just walked next door to the bakery and got a couple of yummy shacks. read more

The hours are the best: 6am-10pm daily. I think they are open earlier and stay open later than any in Pacifica. They have a good selection of sizes in washers (single/double/triple/gigantic). Location is great too. Next to Chinese and Vietnamese food and near a cute cafe. Or take a walk to the pier while clothes are getting clean! read more

Am so frustrated with this laundromat, I use it often as I'm close by but I'm now going to drive further to use a different one. The machines are consistently broken, it's a gamble using anything there! My clothes came out sopping wet as the washers didn't spin correctly. I've learned my lesson using the driers too, only put one quarter in to make sure it works, when it does sometimes the heat doesn't work! I just went to pick up my clothes after almost an hour and they were wet!!!! So done with this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
